Savior (Yandere! Neko! Deku x Todoroki)

5 - A Neko

(Deku's pov) 

I heard the door in the front room open and quickly shifted into my cat form to greet Shouto. I ran to the door with my tail held up high, with a slight curl the the tip. I jumped into Shouto's arms, eagerly rubbing my head against him and purring. 

"At least someone appreciates me." He claimed, I swallowed down my annoyance with the other two. The girl from yesterday just giggled.

"Wooooowww" she claimed, out of the corner of my eye I noticed a stranger with wild purple hair reach over to grab me. I hissed to show him I do not appreciate him attempting to shorten my time with Shouto. The scarred boy himself chuckled.

"I have found the cat that will not abandon me for Shinso!", Hearing his claim, I became very happy, now Shouto knows my loyalty! 

(Shinso's pov)

I thought for a moment, given how pissed he got when I tried to take him from Todoroki, this might be a problem if Chloe's theory that he's a Neko is true. Nekos are already particularly territorial when they have a reason to care about something, but from what Chloe said it's only been two to three days at maximum. 

"Oh I finished the picture by the way of you and Midoriya here!" Chloe pointed out, bringing to my attention that I should probably talk to her about this. 

"I wanna see" Todoroki muttered, before I called her attention asking to talk to her for a moment. She took out her art tablet, getting the picture of the duo up before handing it to Todoroki. She then followed me to the bathroom so we could talk in private.

"so I'm guessing Midoriya is the reason you asked me to do Neko research, how sure are you that he's..." I trailed off, hoping she'd still get the question. 

"Ok look. Don’t tell anyone this ok? Just between us. Cause if not that cat will kill me- I saw him transform into a Neko. I know I sound insane but I saw it!" She claimed. 

"but... Why would he kill you over that?!" I exclaimed, trying to keep my voice down.

"He obviously is the Neko that the bitch threw away! So of course he’d be worried if Todoroki found out!" She stated. 

"but Todo's not a bitch... I have an idea and this could be a suicide mission." I claimed, walking out of the bathroom. I found Todoroki on the couch with Midoriya on his lap.

"hey, Todoroki, can I see Midoriya for a second?" I asked really quickly.

"if you can get him. Not my fault if you get scratched." Todoroki responded. Not really caring.

"Great" I quickly grabbed Midoriya, carrying him to the bathroom ignoring him growling and trying to scratch me. Chloe noticed me carrying Midoriya.

"What chu doing-" she started.

"he might not like us but he better fucking listen. we're trying to help you-" I claimed. I had to put him down but closed the door so he couldn't escape. 

"Ok be a good kitty we just wanna talk" Chloe claimed, he seemed to realize we were both talking to him like a person and glared at Chloe for exposing his secret. He suddenly transformed into a boy with curly green hair, and small cat ears on his head, with a long tail swishing behind him in annoyance. His clothes were very faded, and torn probably been worn for a long time. 

"fine... What is it?" He asked. 

"why can't you transform in front of Todoroki." I got straight to the point. 

"Shouto doesn't know I'm a Neko yet. If he does, the attention will stop, then he'll start getting mad at me for following him, and then he'll call me a freak of nature and a trash roommate, it's better to be a "pet" then a "roommate" because "pet"s Don't get dumped on the side of the road!" He claimed. Chloe softly placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Look. I know we’ve known each other for a little bit but listen. I am sorry that the bitch ditched you and trust me I avenged you and that girl by throwing my phone at her. My phones broken now- anyway! Shouto would never do that. He’s too kind to do so" she explained. Midoriya looked at her for a moment before struggling to not laugh, probably imagining the situation in his head. 

"The only said thing is- no one recorded it-" she continued, glad to have something to actually get along over. 

"I wish I could see it so badly-" he cried.

"I am willing to do it again-" she claimed, she's going to break her next phone trying to get along with him isn't she?
