Leon-

“Are you serious?” I asked disbelievingly. I’m currently standing in front of Elves’ Inn. This is the place where Melody is staying.

“Let’s go in.” Haley said skipping up towards the door.

I shook my head furiously. I’m not ready to see Melody. She might beat me up again. (I still can’t believe she was able to beat me up!!!) I looked up at one of the windows and felt something rumble at the bottom of my stomach. I knew the bond was still intact. A blood bond never goes away unless another vampire drinks from Melody.

I felt a pat on my shoulder. I turned around to see Caleb with an understanding smile. “Don’t worry, we’re here to back you up.”

I gave a feeble smile and nodded. We walked inside and noticed a person at a desk reading a magazine. It was that Zelda chick. She looked up and smiled, “May I help you?”

“Hey, I’m here to say hi to Melody. Do you know what room number she is in?” I asked rather sweetly.

Her eyes lighted up in excitement. “Hey you’re that one dude from a few days ago. Sure her room is on the third floor, number 331. Oh and if she isn’t there try the game room. It’s at the end of the hall.”

“Thanks ah…”

“Eva. Tell her I said hi and to don’t worry. The next trial will have a better outcome.” She winked and then laughed. “Don’t forget the wink okay!?”

I nodded and walked away. We all piled in an elevator and listened to the elevator music that can drive anyone insane. Once we were on the third floor we looked for the number 331. We finally fell upon her number and I gulped.

“Ready?” Jason asked.

I lifted my shaking hand (why is it shaking?) and knocked on the door. I waited and then knocked again. She wasn’t answering. I was relieved and yet disappointed.

“Well then, to the game room.” Haley said grabbing my hand and running towards the end of the hall. There were two huge oak double doors. On one of the knobs it said ‘Reserved’.

“Are we going to intrude?” I asked.

Haley shrugged and opened the door. “It’s empty!” she said running around the room and opening every door.

The feeling grew as I neared toward the window. She knew I was coming. I assume she told her brothers and they left at once. Well this was a big waste of time…

Melody- (FF>> to Trial)

“Are you ready?” The twins asked.

I’m on the couch rubbing my hands and hopping from one foot to the next. I sometimes do this to get ready for training. I cracked my neck and nodded.

“Let’s get this over with.” I said. The doors opened and I walked into the arena. When I stepped out I heard cheers and I felt as if I can conquer the world. I was in the middle of the arena when the M.C. came up to me.

“Are you ready?” He asked.

I nodded, “Ready as I’ll ever be.”

He gave a curt nod and then spoke into the microphone, “For this Trial, Melody Ryuu will fight the Porciboar. The winner will be if the other contestant is unable to battle or dead.”

Yay…dead….

He pointed towards an iron fence gate and said, “He’ll be coming from there.”

I got into a stance and said, “Lets get this over with.”

He left and I just stared at the door. It was silent until I heard a screech. Then a grunt. I felt the earth rumble alittle bit. I took a deep breath and tried to calm myself.

There was another screech and the rumbling got stronger. The door were practically blown away and dust rose. As it settled I saw the hugest Porciboar I’ve ever seen.
