Chapter 31

"No Jaden you don't get to do that! You can't post with other girls and watch her like, like it doesn't bother her, like she was just a fan looking at your feed, like there was nothing between you guys and that those posts didn't hurt her!" I knew it, Anthony is lecturing me now. 

"Then out of the blue, comment that?!" He continues as he points to the comment. "Look I don't know what I was thinking, Okay?! And why do you even care so much?!" I yell the second part, probably not the best thing to do. "WHY DO I CARE SO MUCH?! WHY DON'T YOU?! Magnolia is my friend okay, and I care for my friends, unlike you apparently." He spat, he did not just say that. I didn't answer, he left the room with frustration. 

"He's right, I don't know Mags as much as you guys but she seems sweet, you should have thought about it twice." Josh says calmly leaning against the door frame, I look at him. "I know I should have." He sighs and leaves too. Wait. Doesn't Magnolia start school today again? Either way why does that matter? Should I wish her a good day? Should I call her? What if she's in class? It's only 7:27 though. I don't know, I'll just text her. But should I?

After what Anthony said? Will it look like I'm playing with her feelings? God I have no idea.

I have to film a few missing scenes for the music video then I'll be done and could potentially release it this week. I'm nervous, really nervous. It's the first time I do something this big. It's crazy.

I go on YouTube, and of course the first video on my recommended had to be of her. A video of her and Payton, the account was called Paylia.... Of course it is isn't it. I click on it for the sake of it, the video was from yesterday and it has already a little over a million views and almost the same amount of likes, that's insane. She sang, beautifully, and Payton played the guitar. As crazy as it may sound, I never heard her sing before. But I'm so glad I did.

"AND CUT! Bravo!" people started cheering as we finished filming the last scene. Finally. Now, Editing then we could launch it.

I grab some McDonald's on the way to the Sway for the guys and I then make my way back.

I'm eating on the kitchen counter with basically all the boys when Josh literally slides in the room, "Did you guys see it?" he says out of breath. We all give him interrogating looks, "Tony was live and people asked about magnolia, look at what he said!" He hands us the phone, "What's going on with you and Magnolia? Well at first I was trying to be nice because Addison was her friend but she's a whore." my blood was boiling as the video played, all of the boys were. 

"What an asshole." Kio says, I could punch something right now, what about Tony's face! "People were not happy. He lost about five hundred thousand followers on tiktok and some more on Instagram." Bryce said from another side of the room, so he saw it? And didn't care? "Should I pull up?" I ask, "The only person who knows about you guys in the Hype is Chase don't you think it would be a little weird, you out of all people, we're all friends with her and people know but you never made an appearance on her social life."  Anthony says, good point. "It might not be you but someone is confronting Tony, I'm going, who's coming?" Josh continues, he barely knows her... What the fuck? "I'm going" Anthony and Kio say, Kio? Shouldn't it be Bryce? They were close, what happened? 

They left about ten minutes ago and I'm just sitting here, confused. Fuck it, let's make tiktoks. I make a few fuck boy ones because apparently the audience likes that, then I make one of me singing to the song, my song.

First day, just a few hours in and I'm already crying in a bathroom stall... Why? Tony. I'm crying because he was just being fake all along and didn't even care if it would hurt my feelings and just called me a whore on a live. 

"I can't believe we're in the same English class with someone who knows both all the hype house members and the Sway boys. And she's somehow famous like what?!!" Some girl spoke, wow. "Yeah but did you see Tony's live? That was a dick move and I personally love Tony but like she seems so sweet." I love that girl already, I get out the stall despite all the mascara colored tears and puffy eyes and hug them. I don't know them but there you go. "Oh my god, are you okay?!" the second girl asks, I shake my head and wipe, my tears. "You saw the live didn't you?" the same girl says, I nod. She hugs me. "I'm Abigail" she says, "Magnolia." I say and smile, "and you are?" I say turning to the other girl, "I'm Liv." She says as she smiles. "Well hi, Liv and Abigail." I say, "Hi" they both say sweetly.

It was lunch time and I asked them to sit with me at the cafeteria, and they agree. We're here chatting when the popular crew comes over. Sydney, Mackenzie, Gavin and Connor. Yeah, only here because of my tiktok clout, otherwise they wouldn't even look at me. "Can we sit?" Sydney asks, I sigh. And look at the girls, they nod. "Sure, they stay so don't you even think about that." I say, they smile and sit down. 

I make my way to sport, I changed and sat on the gym bleechers waiting for the rest of the class to get here when my phone rings, it was Chase. "Hi Chase I'm in school right now, what do you need?" I say, "Noli, Anthony and Josh are about to beat the shit out of Tony, umm so yeah, that's that." The fact that he sounded so calm kind of triggered me, "Oh, okay well, I don't know what you want me to do..I'll call Ant." I say and hang up, I dial Ant. Please pick up, please pick up, please pick up. "Mags?" he says, "Leave Tony alone he's not worth it." I spat, "Are you sure, what he said was, umm-" I cut him off, "I know and yes I'm sure, thank you thought, and Josh." I say ready to hang up, "yep he was the master mind." Josh? I mean he's always down to fight. "Ok well bye Anthony." I say, "Bye Lia." He says hanging up. 

I walk up to Liv and we follow the coach's instructions while chatting about everything and anything. 

And that is how my day went...
