Chapter 41

"I thought you moved why are you here?!" I say, as I hugged one of my old friends, Annie Leblanc, our parents go way back, high school friends and so we have grown close as well. She's two years younger than me but that has never stopped us from being friends. "Well I did, but I'm filming a new season of chicken girls now so here I am" she says as we let go, "I'm so happy for you! And how are things with Asher?" I say, "I'm very happy for you too, I see you blew up, and they're great..." she says smiling, "Yeah..." I say shyly, "I always thought you would, well I have to go, I'm hanging out with mads but we gotta hangout sometime." 

My face drops a bit when she says her name, but put up a smile so she doesn't get upset, "Oh nice, well I gotta go get some stuff too, I'll catch you someday though" i say as we both waved and went our separate ways. I walked into american eagle and started my shopping journey. It's been about forty five minutes and I've been asked for pictures four times, it's not that I don't like it, on the contrary I love my fans, it's just unexpected. I got the outfit for Liv and texted them, we're going to meet at the food court in five.

As I'm walking towards the food court, a girl from school came up to me, "What was all that n the cafeteria about?" she asks, what the hell do I tell her?! "Oh ummm, it was nothing don't worry, we usually fight" I say, what the fuck magnolia, not the right answer! "Oh okay then" she says, and them walks away, well that was odd. 

I make it to the food court and spot the girl right away, they were with a guy from school, the on Abigail has a crush on. I smirk and make my way towards them, sitting down on the free spot next to Ashton, the guy Abigail is severely obsessed with.. he looks over at me and his jaw drops, I simply smile. "You're the famous girl!" he says, well I guess. "that would be me" I say, "I'm Ashton" yeah I know, "Mags" I say, I look at the girls, "I'm going to get food, y'all want anything?" They all say they'll get food afterwards but that I should go ahead and order since I didn't eat much during lunch.

I nod and stand up, "I'll come with you" Ashton says, "No it's okay, I can go alone" he sits back down and nods, I go get my food, when I come back they're all still talking so I simply sit back down and start eating, when my phone starts ringing, it was Josh, they look at me and I pick up, "Hey Josh what's up?" I say, the girls start looking at each other and smiling and Ashton just sat there looking at me, "Quinton is throwing a party at his air bnb, you should come" he says, "You know what happened last time, and what happened after" I say, referring to you know what. 

"Yeah I know, but nessa is not here anyway, she went back to Canada" he says, I sigh. "Okay bet, can I bring my friends" they all turn to me and give me questioning looks, "Yeah of course, the more the merrier" he says and I smile, "Bet, give me the addy, we'll pull up" I say, "Bet, I'll send it to you, oh and it starts at eight" he says, Its in a few hours, "Okay then, see you later" and with that I hang up, and look at the others, "So, what was that?" Liv says, "Party at eight, Quinton's" I say, the girls start cheering and Ashton just sat there with a poker face, "You can come too" I say, and wink at Abigail. 

"Yay" he says, "My aunt is in Europe for the next few weeks so, tell your parents you're staying at my place and off we go" I say and they all nod, this is also the first time I'm meeting Quinton, wait is Jaden gonna be there? Who cares, I'll just ignore him.

All five of us go to my place and the girls and I change into party outfits, I wore a tight black dress with air forces as I wasn't in the mood to wear heels and the rest of the girls wore similar outfits. I called an uber since none of us wanted to drive and surprisingly enough the air bnb was pretty close, we arrived at eight fifteen and there was already a few people there, I spotted Josh and walked over to him, "Hey mags, you looks great" he says giving me a hug, "Hey Josh, you don't look too bad yourself" I say, he smirks and I chuckle a bit. "You gotta meet Quinton let's go" he says, I look around and see Ashley and Liv dancing and Abigail and Ashton talking to people on the couches.

"Hey Quinton, this is Mags" Josh says as we walk over to a group of people, Quinton looks at me and smile, "Hey Mags, I'm Quinton." he says leaning in for a hug, "Hey" I say doing the same, we started talking and Josh was soon nowhere to be found, I assume he's talking to one of the guys. "You want a drink?" he asks, isn't he like sixteen. "I mean sure" I say, "What are you in the mood for?" he asks, honestly not alcohol. "A coke, if possible" I say, "Of course" he says and starts to walk away, I look around once more and see Ashton and Abigail kissing, which made me smile, I knew they would look good together. 

"Here you go" Quinton says handing me a closed can of coke, "Thanks" I say, I open it and take a sip, "So how did you become famous in a way, what made you start tiktok?" he asks, "Well, Charli, I went over to the hype house and Charli literally made me an account" I say chuckling, "Haha nice, don't take this the wrong way, but why were you, how did you get in the hype house?" he says, "I was at the sway and Addison came over, and we ended up clicking so she brought me over to the hype house" I say, he looks at me the same way as before, "And I'm assuming you're wondering what the fuck I was doing at the sway" I say, laughing a bit at the send and he nods, chuckling at his turn.

I take a moment to take in everything that has happened in the last few months, "Well..."
