Chapter 48

"Bye!!! I'll miss you guys so much!" I waved to faith and Joanne as Payton's car pulled out of the driveway, he was currently driving me back to the airport. "This weekend was just what I needed" i say, "I'm sad it's just a weekend though" Payton says, "Don't be like that! I'll come back, and social bash is soon so you're coming to LA anyway!" I say, "True true" 

We simply blasted music and vibed until it was time to say goodbye. "I'll miss you, you better move to LA soon!" I say with a pouty face, "Sooner than you think" he says winking at the end, "Holy shit really?!" I ask, surprised. "Ehhh, that's a secret you'll never know" he says in a mysterious tone. I give him a last hug before having to part ways.

That kid is something else, he's special. 

"Flight A3647 is now boarding" I heard from the speaker, I made my way to where I had to be and boarded my plane, I put my airpods in while everyone else was getting in and simply minded my own business while listening to music, I sat at the window seat and on the corner of my eye I saw a guy stop on the ile and put his suitcase up,  I look up and came face to face with the one and only Quinton Griggs. "DUDE! What are you doing heree?!" I said surprised once more.

"Holy shit Mags! Hi! I just came to visit my parents before I move to LA once and for all" he says as he sat down on the middle seat, "Oh nicee! Are you moving in alone?" I ask, "Nope, I'm gonna be a sway boy!" he says excited, "I'm happy for you" I say, sitting back down properly.

Quinton and I talked a bit during the flight but we both just passed out, we were both exhausted, it would had maybe been a cute picture. But the thing is I just look like a mess now, I put my hood over my head and tried to fix...myself. Quinton was still passed out and we were about to land so I simply went back to listening to music.

"we will land in approximately five minutes" a loud voice spoke on the speaker making Quinton wake up, it was hilarious if you ask me. 

"Wait so who's gonna pick you up?" I asked quinton, "Josh, how about you?" he says grabbing our suitcases from above. "Normally my friend was supposed to come, but she can't, so, I'm getting an uber" I say as I grabbed the rest of our stuff, "Well come with us, hang out at the sway for a bit" he adds, "I mean sure, I have to talk to jaden anyway, oh and how is stuff with cynthia?" I ask, "How do you know about that?" he asks, "You literally said it infront of thousands of people" I say with a duh tone, "Right, well things are going well for the moment" he says, smiling the whole time, ughhhh they're so cute. 

We walk to the pick up area and Josh pulls up with kio's car, "One question, did you even ask him if you could use his car?" I said getting in the back after putting our stuff in the back, "nope" Josh says starting to drive, "What if he wanted to go see olivia?" I ask, "She's at the sway" he adds, he sounded annoyed, "Ugh, great couple, if he's happy, I'm happy for him, but like, I don't like her, she seems sketchy" I say, "Agreed" josh and Quinton both say. 

"We're here" Josh says, I was laying down in the back seats listening to music and didn't even notice. Quinton helped me with my suitcases and we headed in the house, I was right away greated with cold stares from the one and only Olivia Ponton, I'll just ignore her, it's fine, don't go for her if she didn't call for you. 

I walked over to Kio and said hi to the both of them, just to not be petty, then walked over to Griffin, Anthony and Bryce who were in another room and last but certainly not least jaden, who was in his room alone, before walking in, I took a deep breath and tried to think of things to say. I knock on the door, "Come in!" he says from the inside.

"Hey..." I say, "oh, hi mags" he says sitting up on the bed, "So this weekend was supposed to be a break, from LA from problems, from you... but then I met Riley and the other girls and Dylan and we were playing truth or dare and they asked me who I was crushing on and, I had a flash back, with you. It was weird but I realized how much you truly meant to me and then Payton teased me because I didn't want to say it, but then I lashed out and said I didn't want to say it because it was more than a crush and so I ran out of the room, because i felt uncomfortable and I smoked with Faith and just thought about it, and this may be weird because last time we tried again, we didn't take it seriously and cheated on each other, multiple times. But I really want to try again because I love you, I truly do, but I don't know if the feeling is mutual anymore since you've been so....distant so to say, so here I am ranting again..." I spat in basically one breath.

"Faith smokes?" he asks, my face drops, "Is that literally all you have to say?" I ask, feeling worse than two seconds ago. "I'm kidding!" he chuckles as he walks over to me. He gently grabs my face and lifts my chin up, before placing his lips on mine. This felt like a distant memory, it isn't something I'm used to anymore. He pulls away and simply looks at me, "I missed this" he says, "so did I" I say kissing him once more. 

There were claps at the door, we look over to see basically the whole house standing there, "Y'all are so dramatic, but I live for it" Griffin says, "Agreed, we should make this a reality show, The sway house? No, Keeping up with the sway." Josh adds, "Yes! That's perfect!" Quinton adds, "To be honest that would be lit" Bryce says at his cue, "Did I miss it?!" Anthony asks walking up to the door, "Yep, you did" Kio says eating another pop corn, "Dammit" Anthony adds. First of all, what the fuck and second of all, how does kio always have pop corn?! "Get out" jaden says, and they all ran away like little children.
