The White Lion

Chapter 12

          I decided to head back to my room because I felt absolutely exhausted. Even though I have taken a nap. Curse my body!! And it turns put for dinner they had to eat food goo which I took a hard pass. How I would did for some of Mrs. McClain's food right now!
          "Hey, are you alright Alex?" I heard someone behind me say, when I turned around I saw Shiro.
"Yeah I'm fine, I am just feeling a little home sick that's all." I say while I turn to face him.
          "Well if you ever need to talk about anything you know I am here for you. And by the way Allura wants to see you in the main room whenever you get the chance. Don't be in a rush though. If you don't feel like talking to her I can tell her." He replies while he sets an arm on my shoulder.
          "I'm fine I can go talk to her. Tell her I will be down in an hour, I want to take a shower first." I say while Shiro nods his heads and walks away.
          Once I got out of my shower I felt the cool air press against my skin. "I thought an alien race would be past this...to where it still could be warm after your shower." I hurry to put mt clothes on so I could find so warmth. After that I headed to the main room where Allura was waiting for me.
          "You're Allure right? Sorry still trying to get names down." I say unsure of how many aliens are on this ship.
          "Yes I am, it's nice to meet you. So I asked Shiro to bring you here so I could ask about the White Lion. My father said that he never made it and said it was a myth but yet you are living proof that it exists. Do you have any idea how you may have come in contact with the White Lion? Please tell the whole story." She eagerly says while staring into my eyes.
          "Well I guess I was just exploring around the area I was staying at and I stumbled along this cave. Since I like to go on tiny adventures I decided to go in, and that when i found the Lion. The second time I went back all I knew next was that i was flying in space. Now I am with y'all." I finished while she was looking down like she was contemplating what I just said.
          "There's no way that it could have been that easy to find. My father told me this thing never existed and now you show up out of the blue with the Lion at our front door. It just doesn't make sense." She said while getting up from her to start pacing around.
          "Well I don't know much about your father but maybe he just didn't want you to know..." As soon as the words leave my mouth she whips her head around and yells,
          "YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT! LET ALONE WHAT MY FATHERS PURPOSE OF THE LION, BUT MY FATHER TOLD ME EVERYTHING," by then I hear footsteps and I see from the corner of my eye is Prince Lotor and Shiro running in to see what is going on, "MAYBE MY FATHER DIDN'T EVEN BUILD THE SHIP. YOU HAVE TO BE PART OF THE GALRA EMPIRE!" By that point Shiro is pulling me back while Lotor is pulling Allura away from me.
          "Alex head back to your room...i will try my best to calm everything down," as Shiro told me what to do he saw Keith from the corner of his eye. "Hey Keith," he looked at Shiro and gave a small nod, "take Alex back to her room please. I don't want her causing anymore trouble." I groaned when he said that. She's the one that caused all this mess and I'm getting punished for it.
          I turned to say something back when I felt a jolt on my wrist and noticed that is was Keith. "Let it go. Shiro will handle this mess." He still held on to my wrist until we got to my room.
          "What the hell was that for?!" I asked while staring him right in the eyes.
          "I was just trying to get you out of there. I don't know what Allura is capable of and if Lotor showed up it would have gotten worse." He responded while opening the door to my room to leave. "I'm going to see if everything is okay, stay here. Please."
          "Sure, whatever." I rolled my eyes while I feel on my bed and stared at the ceiling. I waited about 10 minutes before I checked the door to see if I hear anyone around me. Then gently open the door and began to go to the main room to see if they have left. I peeked around the corner to find no one there so I set my journey to were they keep the lions to see if they were on a mission of some sort. All I know is that Keith has the Black Lion so I have to be aware of Shiro still being here. Knowing him he would be somewhere you could communicate with the Lions.
          The next thing I know I am sneaking around the castle to when I feel someone touch my shoulder, "What do we have here?"
          I turned around to see someone I never wanted to see, Prince Lotor, "What do you want?"
          "Oh nothing but I wanted to know why the Paladin of the White Lion is sneaking around the castle like a total idiot." He said with a smirk. God I already hate you. I think while I turn away to go somewhere else, at this point I want to get caught so I don't have to speak with him. "So you really are the White Lion.....you sure don't act like it."
          "Well I'm sorry but you're more than welcome to go try yourself." I growl back to see that glare in his eye light up.
          "You wouldn't mind?"
          "Give it your best shot!"
