Chapter 5

          "Currently trying to save my brother why?" I respond casually but I realized that Keith started to move and it is time to go.
          I start to move and realize that Shiro is to heavy and that I cant do my part even when I am carrying him. Im guessing that Lance noticed and took my place soon after.
          "Anyway thanks and why are you even here? You have no relation to Shiro anyway." I ask being very thankful that I don't have to carry Shiro around anymore.
          "Because I also saw this ship fall from the sky and I may have saw Keith run up on it so I may have decided to do that too." Lance replays as him and Keith start to put Shiro on his Motorcycle. That's when we all heard the security heading towards us and I realize that not everyone will have as much time to get on the bike.
"Alex what are you waiting for get on!" Keith yells at me when I turn to look at him. "You'll be in major trouble."
          "Just go you dork!" I yell as I see him drive off I feel hands grab both of my arms and drag me back to the Garrison.

-TIMESKIP-

          "Young lady, do you know how much trouble you are going to be in when the head hears about this?" The Principal says as I stare them directly in the eyes and Adam just storms into the room before I can say anything.
          "Alex are you okay? Are you hurt?" He quickly rushes over to me and starts to look for wounds.
          "I'm fine Adam." I say but keeping my voice down and trying not to get the principal angry again. At this point I don't care what type of trouble I get with from the school; I'm scared of what Adam will do for the most part.
          "Why the hell would you go off during curfew to see and take something off of Garrison property?!" Adam doesn't normally use words like hell and all that. Its mostly Shiro but when he ever does that you know that he is mad.
          "Shiro was on that ship and they tried to hide him from everyone!" I quickly fire back so I wouldn't get in as much trouble.
          "Wait a second.." Adam then directs his attention to the principal, "you guys where trying to hide Shiro from us?" I could tell on Adam's face that he was furious...and I could tell that it was going to be a long night.
          "Well now you see is that we where going to assess the situation before we brought Mr. Shirogane back into the facility. So if you have any further questions we are going to deal with them later. Goodnight to both of you." He said before he got up and left his office.
          When he left Adam grabbed my hand and lead me to the apartment area that we all shared. Once we arrived all the emotions final hit me; tears threatening to pour from my eyes. Adam looked back at me when he had a chance and his face immediately softened.
          "Alex look at me," Adam said as he gently brought my face to look up, " everything is going to be okay. We just have to wait so they can gather some information."
          "Adam but what if they can't? Shiro and all my friends will be lost forever. I'm sorry...im just scared." I whispered as I felt him wipe my tears away with his hand.
          "Trust me when I say this but I'm scared too, but we will get Shiro back and that is a promise." Adam explained as he picked me up and set me in my bed. "Please try to get some rest you have classes tomorrow and try not to get in anymore trouble." He said with the last part smiling. I chuckled a bit before I layed down. Once I did I drifted off into a deep sleep.

---------------ALEX'S DREAM---------------

          I was in a giant black room that seemed to continue for infinity. I suddenly hear a voice speak; its loud and strong.
          "Alex, you must learn to follow the stars."
          What the heck are you talkimg about, I thought right before they started speaking again.
          "If you follow the stars you will follow your destiny."

          I woke up with a thin layer of cold sweat on my body. What the hell was that? I didnt have time to think about it becuase I realized I was about to be late for class. I quickly put on my uniform and got ready, and basically ran out the door to find out that my life would never be the same after today.
