Chapter Four ~ It is not made for me.

Heaven sat on the stool munching on an apple as she watched Seraphina moved around the kitchen preparing a meal for everyone.

"Are you sure you do not need any help?" she asked and Seraphina looked up from the carrots she's chopping to look at her.

"Do you know how to cook?" she asked back, smirking. She knows for a fact that Heaven does not know a thing about cooking and would rather not have any disaster happening in her kitchen. Cooking is her domain; she would not let others ruin this place.

Rolling her eyes, she stood up to take a peek at the cobbler Seraphina has put on the oven a few minutes earlier. Of course, she does not know how to cook. She mostly eats fruits, and vegetables every once in a while, which are provided by the cooks at the castle. "I may not know anything about cooking but I at the very least know when this cobbler will get cooked." She said as she stood back up.

"You only know eating. Seriously, if we are not immortals, you would have gained a ton of weight! Like that woman at the television." Seraphina exclaimed.

"I do not think so. I train a lot, Seraphina. We all do, so most things I eat probably go there."

Meanwhile, in the living room, Nadia and Acacia play with the twins as Nadia made it snow on the whole open room. The twins enjoyed playing on the snow and constantly yells 'Isknwau' in their baby voice whenever they caught a flake. Nadia made sure to create bigger and thicker ones so that they will not easily melt. The knock in the door interrupted their playtime as Acacia stood up to open the door.

She was greeted by the sight of a tall gentleman wearing human clothing, what she assumes as jean pants and a long sleeve type of shirt, his hair a dirty blonde and eyes gray. In his arm is a woman, she stood tall and graceful, her hair a beautiful black flowing in waves and her eyes the colour of the ocean.

"Leader of Guardians I presume?" Acacia asks them with a welcoming smile and they said 'Yes'.

"Xamé y." she gestured for them to come inside as the king frowned a bit at the language she used.

"What was the word you said?" Uriel asked her.

"The word translates to come in," she answered; they heard a gasp and turned around to see Rebecca gaping at the snow raining down on the living area. She walked close to Nadia.

"You're from Mítica aren't you? You're the Queen of Reino de Hielo!" Rebecca told her and Nadia's face turned to surprise. She knows that they have been told only a few things, so it was a surprise for her to know the name of the kingdom she came from.

A shriek of excitement came from the stairs and they all turned around to see Aqualia and Valdimir going down.

"Becca!" Aqualia screamed and the two of them run to hug each other. Valdimir also went down and greeted Rebecca.

"Vrzher" Rebecca said as Valdimir hugged her. "I missed you." She continued as he brushed his nose on her head.

"Well, that explains her knowledge of us," Nadia said, the snow has stopped and was cleared. She holds the twins in her arms as they behaved in front of the visitors. Acacia came over to help her and Flame lifted his arm readily.

"Yes, I also came from Mítica, from Merworld. I'm sorry for my actions, I know it's not the usual reaction that a Queen should have." Rebecca said and Nadia just waved her arm dismissively.

"Nonsense. There is no need for formality in here. We are sent here on Earth to have fun. And you dear, are assigned to make that happen so we do not do anything stgazd."

They led the queen to the dining area where some foods are already plated. Breeze, Tornado, Hasmal, and Victoria are already seated. Footsteps from the kitchen echoed as they all took their seats. Seraphina and Heaven came out carrying the remaining food from the kitchen. They both looked at the visitors seated.

"Have they met everyone?" Heaven asked Uriel and Rebecca and they shook their heads to say no. She turned around to face Acacia and she just gave a guilty look mouthing 'I forgot'.

She quickly made the introductions and they all started eating. She observed the two visitors and quickly noted that the Queen is already acquainted with the Merworld. The two females joke around each other a lot while eating.

"Regarding your training," Uriel started, "Today, we will start with teaching each of you how to drive the vehicles here. Afterwards, we'll come back here so you may take a break and you can learn about the cultures here. We'll mostly tell you the cultures around this area. And what humans usually do with their life. We will also discuss the laws that are placed by the Supernatural to make sure that you are well acquainted. You're speaking will also be part of our lessons as your accents are kind of out of place. Although if you really can't learn the way of our speaking and slang, it's okay as we can always say that you come from a different country." He paused to look at everyone, making sure that they understand everything that he's saying.

"Now, we have already arranged your wardrobes, but we will still go and shop around to help you get accustomed to being surrounded by humans. It will also be great training for you to learn how this world works. I have a card that acts like money. You can use it to pay for the things you are getting. Your papers containing everything about your fake identity is also here." He finished.

Victoria raised her hand to ask a question and Uriel smiled and gestured for her to proceed.

"There was this movie that we watched titled 'San Andreas Fault', did that actually happen in here?" she asked innocently and the Guardians laughed at her question which the other leaders frowned upon.

"Sorry. We didn't mean to laugh at you. Those movies did not happen in real life, although that kind of fortuitous event does happen in real life. Most of them are edited, we have the technology here that can do that."

"It's just like how you are pretending to be humans, what they do is they 'act' as you say. It's like a play. You do know what a role play is, right?" Uriel said and they nodded so he continued explaining "the technology used is to record the play through a camera. You will get to see a similar one once we go to the mall and buy you gadgets that will be essential in your life here." He finished and the rest of them just agreed even though they did not fully understand what he meant.

The day flew by quickly as they went to the city to learn how to drive. Most of them are natural at driving, Nadia and Breeze an exception as they both give up trying to learn. Heaven and Acacia both a moderate learner also told them that will just ride along with others when going anywhere. Victoria also failed at first on the cars but upon trying to motorcycle, she rode like she was born to use that type of vehicle.

"What do you guys think about driving?" Uriel asked them while they all lounged around the pool. As they use their break as a reason to swim at the pool as they talked about human cultures. The merfolks changed to their tails, including Rebecca, no surprise there.

"It is not made for me." Breeze answered calmly as she sipped at her cocktail, Nadia putting her thumbs up on the air in agreement as the others chuckled at them.

"I agree too. I think my wings are better in going places than those 'crazy machines'." Heaven grumbled.

"Easier to manipulate too," Acacia added in agreement. The others just smiled and shook their heads at them. They don't expect them to learn as fast as they did. Not everyone is made for driving.

A splash of water suddenly came to them as they got wet from the onslaught. Heaven and Nadia created a shield as the rest of them join in the water fight. They tagged team in attacking them, creating snowballs to counter-attack the water balls they throw.

This freedom they feel doesn't feel so bad. They hope that it will always feel this fun so it will make leaving their realm worth it.
