Zoe's POV

"Wala kayong afternoon class. Make sure na didiretsyo pauwi sa bahay, understand?"

"Yes ma'am." Sagot ng mga classmates ko.

I sighed bago tumayo. Boring na nga dahil wala si Justine at Thea tapos wala pang klase.

Tumaas ang kilay ko nang makaisip ng magagawa buong maghapon.

Justine is busy on his own business while Thea said that she can't come to school today with the reason that I don't know.

Naglakad ako papunta sa parking. Shon and Chester can't pick me up dahil din sa reason na hindi ko alam.

Well, they have their own businesses.

Halos 10 minutes lang ang ginugol ko sa pag drive.

Binagalan ko pa nga eh.

Pinark ko ang sasakyan at pumasok na sa mall. I have my black card naman kaya pwedeng pwede akong mamili ng kung anong gusto ko. Pampawala na din ng boredom.

I looked at my left and my right. I chuckled.

Uuwi daw ng maaga eh nauna pa sakin dito sa mall.

Lots of my schoolmates and even classmates are roaming around the mall. Well, ako din naman eh. Mukhang bored din sila.

"Lira!" Napalaki ang mata ko ng may humawak sa balikat ko.

"Oh my god! Oh my god! Is it really you?!" Napalingon ako sa paligid dahil nagtinginan ang ibang schoolmates ko.

I scan the girl in front of me. Rounded eyes na I'm sure dahil sa gulat. Small face, and literally small. I am much taller than her kahit wala ang heels ko.

"Uhm.. May I know who you are?" Napa nga nga siya.

"Seriously?!"

"Uhm.. Yeah?" Alangang sagot ko.

"It's me! Jill! From Central High! Classmates tayo noong 1st and 2nd year!" She jumped at me after she introduce herself.

"You mean Jill Custodio? That Jill?"

"Hell yeah! I am that Jill!" She hug me tight.

Oh well I know her. Mas nauna siyang lumipat ng school bago ako. For the same reason as I. Bullies.

"Hey how are you doing?" She smiled at me.

"I am good. How about you?" I scan her from head to toe. Mukha namang maayos at masaya siya.

"I am fine! Now that I saw you, are you going somewhere?" She asked.

"Actually no. I am not with anyone's company that's why I am so bored."

"Great! Then come with us!" She smile widely and pulled me to I don't know where.

"My friends and I are going to the New Bar somewhere. Come with us!" I laughed. She didn't ask me. She just tell me to come.

Nagulat ako ng huminto siya at tumitig sakin.

"What? Why?" Napakurap ako dahil nilapit niya ang mukha niya sakin.

"I wonder where did that shy and cute Lira go." She whisper.

"I am Zoe now Jill. And Alira is long gone."

"Wait. What?" Takang tanong niya.

"It's a long story Jill. For now all I can say Is I am Zoe Montuerto now." She smile at me.

"Then Zoe it is. Let's go." I smile back at her.

Hinila niya ako papunta sa Supermarket.

Her friends greeted me with a smile.
