"So, your friends are?" Yuna asked.
"Siyeon, and Luna"
"Luna? That's us with rhyming names!"
"Yeah, Luna, Yuna, Luna, Yuna"
"I wish I could meet them. They sound like good people"
"Of course they are. You know, when we were about to move here, Siyeon was like, 'ohh, don't die before I see you again' ya know, haha...and she made me wanna cry"
"I had good friends too before coming here but..."
"And I told them about you"
"You did?"
Someone interrupted...
"Hey, Yuna," it was Kai, Huening Kai, "mind if we join you?"
"No, no, it's alright," Yuna replied as they had a seat.
"Oh...you're Y/N, right?"
"Yeah"
"Y/N, this is Taehyun. I guess you haven't met him..."
"Hi, Taehyun"
"Hello, Y/N..."
What's going on here? I'm slightly concerned.
"Hey, Taehyun," Kai interrupted again, "have your lunch at least. You're always out of your mind whenever we meet pretty girls"
"Oh...yes, sorry. It's nice to meet you"
"You, too"
It's quite alarming.
"So, the ceremony's tonight, right?" Kai mentioned.
"What ceremony?"
"C'mon...the ceremony for the selection of student leaders"
"We were uninformed!" Yuna exclaimed.
"So...what do you say we go together? Since we're all freshers..." Kai suggested.
"Sounds great. Right, Y/N?" she turned towards you.
And you, having a good time eating and couldn't even speak, just gave a nod.
"Okay..." Kai concluded, "it's 7 at the auditorium. We'll meet at the gate"
"Wait!" your voice echoed throughout the canteen, "uh...what do I wear??"
"Whatever. It's not like a prom or anything...just wear whatever," Kai said.
"Anything, you'll look good in anything," Taehyun continued...oh, that was so unnecessary. Now you're making a scene. And Yuna is teasingly poking you under the table right now.
"Well, thanks...thanks for the information," you ended.
"Um...yeah, yeah, no problem. We'll go now," Huening told.
"Bye"
"Bye, Y/N," was another specific mention.
After they went away, Yuna mocked you, "Geez! Y/N, what's wrong with you?"
"What?"
"Omg you left him so speechless..."
"What? What did I do?"
"Now there's someone who's worse than me in flirting"
"What!?"
"I see hope"
