Nicole
"Kraight!" Somebody shrieked.
I have been thinking somethings recently.
A loud thumping and followed by a roar emitted by the creature behind me.
This girl is back in the hall again but for a different reason yet the same. I looked back and saw the creature maintain solely its attention in me.
Have I been naughty? Why am I being punished this way? I would gladly accept the flip flops than a huge creature threatening to stomp me. Get what I mean?
Too close! Come on! Just keep running, Just keep running. Dori the fish help me!
Okay, Nicole do the special technique!... Right, Triangle, X, Right, Square, Circle, Left, Right!
I can feel it! Nope, he's still chasing me at the same speed. Darn it.
Gotta keep it idle, if I can't outrun it. I opened a random door beside me as I run. I heard a loud thud behind me, hoping it was the creature.
"Good gracious," I mumbled as I hide under the massive stairs.
Okay, Nicole, breathe in breathe out, remember your training...fist in front, battle stance, then jab and strike...pivot your hips to gain more power to your punch. You got this! I got this!
I heard a low rumbling sound on the other side of the wall that I'm leaning to.
Okay, just like I plan. I jump to face the creature. Good, it's looking in the other way...Maybe I can...I can't punch that thing! I'll break my arm-
As soon as the creature saw me, it roared and rush towards me.
Abort, abort! I run backward and quickly shift to running normally.
That old man is going to kill me! I'm just a human! My brain and heart join forces, they both scream danger.
The students run away from the entrance as I run outside. That must be the courtyard!
I ran towards the huge fountain and hide behind it. Think Nicole!
Maybe there's something I can use here. I peeked and saw the creature exits the building as the students scamper.
I grip the white concrete of the fountain. That's right! The fountain! I looked up and saw the huge ball design of the fountain. Thank you for the weird design! Whoever did this!
But how do I get up? I looked at the creature again, this time it is surveying the courtyard looking for me.
Okay, I just need to climb up that huge clam-shaped water catchers.
I back away, when I get my desired distance, I jumped and felt the cold water hit my face as my feet submerged in the fountain water. The creature heard the splash and quickly went towards the fountain.
I quickly push myself to get to the top before the creature gets me first.
As I reached the top, I immediately push the concrete ball. It's too heavy to push in my first attempt.
I heard the creature on its way, getting closer.
Come on Nicole! Heck, I'm just a kid trying to push a concrete ball!
The ball goes forward but then goes backward again.
"Stop going back!" I yelled at the ball and peeked at the creature. It's really really close!
Fiddlesticks! I'll just use its momentum then! I push the ball as it goes forward and backward, I keep pushing it and letting it roll back until the momentum is working with friction. Good, just a little puuush!
