Today I got dressed in my human clothes
Today I tamed my restless hair
Today I hunted down clean socks
Today I will lace up my ride or die shoes
Today I may face the one who birthed me
Today I am less anxious than I should be
Today I will achieve freedom of fresh air
Today I dare to venture to the outer realms
