To go out one must always have a mask
If one is going to attempt what we did they will wear it a lot
For shopping is a stupid thing to do without one
In these times it's beyond stupid even with one
But me and the sisters three still did
A small mall trip
The first for me and number two in almost a year
And it was much more fun than I remember
Makes me want to go again
It was a break from the stress of the world for just a few hours
No crying babies or overly excited dogs
Only us four with masks firmly in place
And was it stupid?
Yes, but was it worth it?
I'm thinking so.
