I felt myself standing, darkness surrounding me. I looked around, slightly panicked. I couldn't feel anything. There was something like a breeze, and I could feel the grass under my feet.
"Cas," A soft voice rung through my ears and I looked around.
"Who's there?" I got out, turning slightly, "Where are you?" I looked back, swallowing roughly.
A dark figure started forming, crawling up from shadows. I went back slightly, feeling fear swelling in my chest. It was the silhouette of a man.
I felt the dark coming off of him, and I knew exactly what had happened, "You're one of them. A Cith," I got out. The figure watched me, "Death told me about,"
"Death?" He spoke up, head tilting to the side, "I know no such thing as this, 'Death'." His voice echoed between soft and booming.
I swallowed slightly and watched the figures face as some sort of features were breaking through slightly. A mouth, and nose.
"But I do know you, Cas Winchester," He moved his head back slightly and the shadows shifted to reveal red eyes. There was a spiked symbol on his chest that was shining red slightly, "I have known you for such a while now."
I watched as he stepped forward slightly, "I swear I'm going to shove you back to wherever you came from." I warned him.
He stopped, "You would be surprised," He told me, and I swallowed slightly, "But I would love to see you try."
"Oh you'll see much more than trying."
"And you will see so much more than what you've experienced." He cut me off slightly, "Because you and I are very much alike." He started stepping towards me and I couldn't move, "And in due time, you'll find I don't take kindly to those who oppose me. And luckily for you," He stopped near me, "We are more alike than you'll ever understand." I grit my teeth slightly, then everything went black.
I grunted as I started coming to. Jack had an arm over me from when he had got me out of the way. He was starting to wake up as well. I breathed out and moved his arm from me, grunting as I started sitting up. He grunted slightly and started trying to get up. I helped him up and he grunted, holding his head as he looked around.
I looked around to see the restaurant looked the same, and the skies were grey. The wind was brushing past us. I winced slightly at a neck ache. The Cith...
I cringed slightly as I remembered what had just happened.
What the hell had I seen?
"Ow," Jack said, and looked at me, "You okay?" I looked down to my arm and saw the Mark was gone, "Damn,"
"Thank god," I said.
"Yeah," He said, "How are you feeling?"
"I feel like I normally do," I said, "Or like I did."
"What do you mean?" He looked up to me.
"I think I'm alright." I said, wincing again when I remembered the figure. I looked to my now clean forearm, "At least it didn't scar, right?" He huffed, and I looked to the side.
I jumped slightly when I saw a man lying on the ground, naked. For his face, he had stubble, and light brown hair. Jack looked as well.
"Who the hell is that?" He asked.
"I don't know," I said, and the man was laying with his arms spread out.
I then noticed something. I thought back and remembered that the Mark was being burned into the ground before we were knocked out. Jack looked back and so did I to see the Dart was flipped over.
