I woke up to Guy cuddling me again. I smiled and pet his hood back, revealing his mix of features that he had kept hidden for the past couple days. He rubbed his face into me, smiling as I pet his hair. He snuggled into me more as I hugged him.
Vincent...
I tossed back and forth, feeling something in my mind bothering me. All I heard in my ears was my own screams and I couldn't wake up. Something wasn't letting me. Flashes of images went through my mind.
I was strapped to a table and dark figure was cutting into me. My blood was spilling down from my torso, arms, legs and face to the floor as I screamed. I clenched my fists and grunted in my sleep.
I then gained back control and reached out to my side to someone trying to get me. I threw my hands around their throat and tackled them to the ground, eyes shooting open to see I was choking Jack. He was hitting my arm with his fist.
I breathed heavily and released him. He choked as he got his breath and I got off him, breathing heavily as I brushed my hair back with my hand and breathed heavily.
"What the fuck?" He asked in a raspy voice as he looked up at me, holding his throat. I just shook my head, leaving the room, "Fuck you too, jackass." I heard him huff.
I held my head as I walked into the main room, sitting down and rocking slightly at the headache forming in my head. A migraine.
I got into my pocket and got out the bottle of medication and popped one, swallowing and closing my eyes as I rested my head on my hand. Someone then was running down the stairs and breathing heavily.
"Cas!" They said in a British Australian accent. I was then tripped over and we both fell. I felt the pulse of pain go through my head and I cringed as I looked to the man in grey suit like attire, white blond hair and blue eyes. He quickly got off me and helped me up as Cas and Guy came in with a still choking slightly Jack, "Cas!" He said, running to her.
"Gram?" She asked as he grabbed her wrist, "What's going on?"
"I need your help," He said, and she dug her heels into the ground as hard as she could as he tried getting her to move.
"With what?" She asked.
"I may or may not have changed something else, and the god of time may or may not be after me, now we have to move." He got behind her and started pushing her to the stairs, "Get in that car of yours and let's get a move on, shall we?" She backed away from him.
"What the hell did you do?" She asked, "What does it have to do with me?"
"Nothing too bad," He said, "Just, kind of, maybe, have killed someone a little too early."
"Who?" She asked.
He made a certain face, "You wouldn't know him, but he was an alright guy if you ignored the fact that he was a tyrannical dictator."
"Who, Gram?" She asked harsher.
He huffed, then went to her, whispering something.
"Really?" She asked, looking to him, "Isn't that a good thing?"
"Yes, of course, but the god isn't happy because I messed with his work and I don't think anyone would be happy if their life was messed with." He said, and I looked at him.
"What the hell are you?" I asked.
"Vincent, this is Gram, a Knight of heaven." Cas said, motioning to the man, "Gram, this is,"
"Vincent Bryant, I know," He said rushed, "Nice to meet you, now can we please go before he catches up with me?" He then started rushing at her.
A red light came from in front of him and the sound of ticking clocks coming from it. Someone in a long beige trench coat was in front of him. He had his back turned to me.
