I was sitting in the library reading up on lore and lightly rubbing my forearm as I read. I hadn't been getting a lot of sleep, but I didn't really feel like I needed to. It was weird. Someone put their hands on my shoulders and I jumped slightly. I looked at Vince.
"Creep," I said, brushing his hands off, "What's up?"
"I wanna take a look around the rest of this place, and I don't have the keys," He sat on the table, "But little birdy says you have all of them."
"Who's the little birdy?" I asked.
"Neon hair, you might know him."
"Yeah, I'm not giving you the keys." I told him, going back to reading.
"Come on, sweet cheeks, what on earth would I be doing with the keys other than opening doors?" He asked.
"How about going through stuff you shouldn't be," I said, looking up at him.
"Ugh," He laid back and put his hands behind his head, "I'm not gonna beg, you know."
"And I'm not asking you to," I said, "So leave me alone."
"I don't want to." He said, and I looked at him over the book. He was looking at me from the corner of his eye.
"So you're just gonna lay here until I give you the keys?" I asked.
"Yeah, sounds accurate." He looked to the ceiling.
"Have fun," I got up to make coffee and he got up, following me into the kitchen, "So you're following me?"
"I'm not going to leave you alone."
I started making my coffee, "Well, maybe if I get Guy."
"Do it."
"Alright," I said, and finished, taking my coffee cup with me as I went to find Guy. He followed me as I walked down the hall.
I looked around. No one. Not even Jack. I flashed upstairs and looked around outside as Vince followed after me.
Jack was standing in the field, looking out one direction and a Frisbee went flying at him. He backed up slightly then jumped, catching it. He threw it in an upward angle and I watched as Guy caught it, throwing it back to Jack. I walked over to Guy. He looked at me as Jack started coming to us as well.
"Good morning," I said to them.
"Morning," Jack said, "What's up?"
"I need Guy's help."
"With what?" Guy asked.
"I need you to hug him," I pointed back to Vince.
"Don't," Vince told him.
"Okay," Guy said, and then disappeared. I looked back as Vince fell over.
"No!" Vince gasped out as Guy was hugging him tightly, "Let go! I'll leave her alone!"
"Alright, Guy, thank you." I said, and Guy disappeared again, then he was hugging me. I smiled and hugged him back.
"Hey," Guy said, letting go of me, "Can I get a pet?" He asked and me and Jack looked at him as Vince got up.
"A pet?" I asked, "Like what?"
"I dunno," He said, shrugging, "I just want a pet,"
"You guys have fun with that," Vince said, "I'm gonna be exploring." I looked at him as he flashed out. I checked my pockets and my keys were gone.
"Son of a bitch," I said, sighing.
"What's wrong?" Guy asked.
I just sighed, going back to find him.
