I sat at the library table, holding my chin up with my fists. I stared at the table as I thought. Something didn't feel right. Like something was still unfinished. I couldn't shake the feeling.

"Hey," Jack walked into the room, half asleep, "You're the one up?" I nodded as he sat next to me, "What's wrong?" He hugged my arm slightly and I put a hand to his, rubbing it with my thumb.

"Its just," I breathed sharply and sat back. He let go of my arm and looked at me, "Don't you think this was over a little easy?"

"Over easy?" He gave me a look of disbelief, "Cas, you almost died."

"I'm not talking if anyone died," I sat up, "I'm talking about like, doesn't this feel weird to you?" I looked at him.

"It feels like it normally does after we get rid of someone bad," He told me,shrugging, "Maybe it feels weird to you because you haven't been through this as a human."

"Wow, thanks," I told him, giving him an annoyed look.

"I'm just saying, Cas," He told me, "Just," He sighed and got up, "Get some sleep, please." He kissed my head and I nodded slightly, "Taylor said there's a case and that he'll help us since you might be a little off."

I looked at him, "I'm not off."

"Cas, you were almost choked to death a couple hours ago. That's not exactly your top game." He gave me a desperate look, "Just please take it easy." I looked to the table, "I'm going to go back to bed, please try and get some sleep, okay?"

"Yeah," I nodded, breathing out, "See you in the morning." He rubbed my arm and then left the room. I breathed out heavily and grabbed my glass, finishing it and then going to put it away.

In the morning, we headed out to where Taylor had said the case was. I sat in the front seat and looked out the window.

"Cas," Jack said loudly, and I looked at him, "You okay?"

"Yeah," I nodded, "I'm fine,"

"Are you sure? I've been saying your name for the past few minutes. I was about to pull over."

"I'm fine," I told him, "How much longer until we get there?" I rubbed my eyes slightly.

"Half an hour, maybe,"

I nodded and looked at the Mustang in front of us. I noticed the license plate had something weird on it. KMA-555.

"Does his license plate say 'Kiss My Ass'?" I asked.

"That could be what it means," He slowed to a stop at the light and I looked at him. He looked annoyed.

"Don't you start with me, Jack," I looked out the window again, "I'm not sitting back, I'm doing this with you guys, just like we always do."

"Okay," He breathed heavily and nodded, "Alright,"

"What exactly happened here?" Jack asked the official. I looked to the corpses that had been, well, incinerated.

"Well, there's not much to say, the security cameras just blacked out before the attack," They told us, "Melted before the fire even hit the people."

"Can we see the footage?" Vincent asked as I kneeled down, looking at the scorch marks. They had trailed... Like the source had moved.

"Cas," Jack said, and I looked at him, "Check this out." He nodded to the tablet and I went to them. I looked at the screen as he played it. The officer left us to it and I watched as something went across the screen.
