"Oh gods no," I cursed and I removed my chakram from my wrist. I grew to its regular size and I dropped into a crouch. Kyna removed her daggers from her wrists and held them in a reverse hold. Cas removed his ring and it morphed into a gladius. Colson tugged the dog tag off his neck and it changed into a spatha. "Demigodsssss," The snake lady, Kampê, hissed, "Delicioussss." I was growing impatient, I shapeshifted my black and dark blue wings onto my back. Kyna's eyes were scanning Kampê, and she made eye contact with me. I connected all of our minds, and the plink noise echoed through all of our heads. Listen to Kyna I growled inside everyone's' heads as Kyna gave me the go, to attack. Kyna sent Colson flying with me and Cas fought from the ground with her. "Feissssty Demigodsssss," Kampê giggled creepily, "The mossst delicioussss kind." Colson and I caught her scimitar on our blades and I noticed her blade was dripping in green liquid. I screamed in pain when it burned a hole in my skin. Colson let go after that. "What are you doing!?" I cried, "Help them!" Colson got the message and locked blades with Kampê. I dove at her snake half. I grated my chakram against her scales and her green, yes green, blood sprayed from the gash I opened up. I barrel-rolled away as Kyna plunged her daggers into the gash and slid down her snake half creating two longer gashes in Kampê's side. Kampê roared in pain and she swung her scimitar sending us all flying away from her trying to avoid a lethal blow. "Little ratsssss," She brought her scimitar down and Cas rolled out of the way, "Kronosss will not be pleasssed." Kronos? Cas's mind voice asked. "Let me eat you!" She shrieked as Cas plunged his gladius into her scaley hide. Colson and I dived next to one another. Lightning surrounded him, while black mist surrounded me. We both locked blade with the giant snake lady's scimitar. We were thrown to the side as a blast of water came barreling towards her. She hissed when she caught it on her blade and slithered towards Cas. "NO!" Kyna yelled and she shoved Cas out of the way. The blade came down and grazed Kyna's back. "KYNA!" I yelled when she screamed in pain and dozens of blisters and burns appeared where the green acid touched her. Her shirt was peppered with holes and soaked in blood. Cas was livid he jumped up upon a pillar of water and surfed towards Kampê, malice was burning in his eyes. I dove when Kampê noticed him and was too occupied with Cas's relentless attacks. Lightning appeared on my chakram as well as the black mist. Colson smirked when I looked back at him. I threw the chakram. In a split second the chakram sank into Kampê's throat and returned to my hands. She exploded into a cloud of red haze with an agonizing scream. "Kyna!" I cried and landed next to her. Colson followed, and Cas was there within a second. "I could have dodged that," Kyna said with a wince. "Shut it," Cas growled, "You could have died why did you do that?" She answered as Colson used a cushion of air to move her into an alley, "You would've died if I didn't, I knew you wouldn't back down." Cas frowned but didn't reply. I dropped to my knees beside her. She was laying on her stomach, but I'd have to cut her shirt open to start healing it. "Go," I said to the boys. "What?" Colson asked. "Why?" Cas added. "Keep watch, don't question me," I turned back to Kyna's back and pulled a dagger from my bag. I gave the boys another stern glare and they left to stand outside the alleyway. "You're supposed to be the smart one," I commented as I cut her shirt open. "The risk I took was calculated," She replied, "If I didn't do that Cas would be dead and I knew you'd find a way to heal me." I rolled my eyes, but I was grimacing where she couldn't see. It was as if the first two layers of her skin had been sheared off and that wasn't even the worse part. Blisters covered her back and there was still green acid on her skin. I hurriedly opened my bag and doused out the acid with nectar, earning a hiss of pain from Kyna. The acid was gone, now I needed to heal the blisters. I pulled out a vial of emerald dust. I sprinkled it on the larger blisters and said, "Θεραπεία," The dust sunk into her skin and the blisters disappeared. She let out a sigh of relief. Next, I pulled out a vial of Hecate enhanced ginkgo. It could heal almost anything. I crumbled some and sprinkled it all over her back. I snapped my fingers and a veil of Hecate Magic sank into her back. I watched as her skin knitted itself back together, it was healed, but it was still tender. "Alright!" She tried to stand up, but I pushed her back down. "Let me up," She said angrily. "No," I said firmly, "We need to get you a shirt first, and maybe a new bra." I removed the tatters of her black sports bra. "Well, I don't have one just lying around." She smirked at me her head twisting around to look at me. I shrugged my jacket off and handed it to her. She sat up and shrugged it on, wincing slightly. I helped her up. We walked out of the alley as she zipped up the sigil covered jacket. "We good?" Colson asked. Kyna nodded as she returned her daggers to her wrist. "Don't let her fool you, she still isn't one hundred percent yet," I corrected and she glared at me. Cas didn't say anything as we made our way back to the inn, Kyna noticed but didn't act on it. We let Kyna change and we all met up in the boys' room. "We just fought Kampê," Colson said dreamily, "And we won." I smirked, we did. We fought a guardian of Tartarus, the Kampê. "Are we not going to address the fact that she mentioned Kronos?" Kyna asked and she winced again as we stepped into the boys' room. We plopped down on the couch and floor. "Don't say his name," Cas hissed. She rolled her eyes. "This mission might be a little more serious than once perceived," She added. "How though?" I asked, "Kronos's pieces are scattered around Tartarus." I fidgeted with my chakram bracelet, if Kronos was returning, then every Demigod in the world was screwed.
