Michela kept seeing Nicholas, Jesse, and Brandon throughout the next few years. Michela became the sister they all needed in the dark and bright sides. Michela didn't meet Justin until she was sixteen, but she didn't know it was the infamous Justin that she has heard about for four years. And Justin did not know that she was the infamous Michela he has heard about for many years. Michela has been getting Jesse and Brandon from school and bringing them home every now and then. Michela would go with Nicholas, Jesse, and Brandon on a few adventures outside of Forest Hills. This is where our story starts:
Brooklyn Bridge
Michela, Brandon, Jesse, and Nicholas were walking across the Brooklyn Bridge. Nicholas wanted Justin to come but he has school and works today. Michela, Jesse, and Brandon were ahead of Nicholas because he walked slower than the three younger kids. It was a little windy out and the wind was against the four. Brandon walked up to the side, one of the lower sides of the bridge, he did sometimes think about suicide but it did not occupy his thoughts today. He felt a slight shove and next thing he knows, he's screaming as he goes over and hangs onto the edge. Jesse and Michela heard the scream. Jesse was the first to reach him and grabbed both of his hands.
"MICHELA! NICHOLAS!!! HELP!!"
Both boys screamed, even more, when Jesse went over. Michela jumped over and caught onto Jesse and the ledge.
"NICKEY!"
Nicholas immediately got to the edge and was horrified at seeing the three hanging off. Jesse got Brandon up and Nicholas pulled him to safety. Jesse started slipping a little.
"Mickey I'm slipping!"
Michela looked in horror as he started slipping from her grasp. Michela looked at Nicholas.
"I'll return with him. Take my purse as a promise to return with him. Don't worry Nickey."
Jesse slipped and screamed.
"JESSE NOOO!"
Nicholas yelled out as he saw his little brother slip from his best friend's hand. Nicholas watched in continued horror as Michela let go and fell with Jesse. Brandon was horrified too. He hugged Nicholas in sadness while Nicholas hugged him back, feeling horrible, guilty, and empty. He failed Jesse and Michela. They are both dead now. No one could survive that.
