Nicholas sighed because he knew that he would get an earful from his girlfriend when she comes back with his best friend. Justin smirked at his older brother along with Jesse and Brandon. Jesse walked up to Nicholas.
"Rest in peace brother."
Nicholas rolled his eyes at his youngest brother.
"It's fine,"
Brandon chuckled.
"Every single time Ash and Mickey hang out together, you sometimes find yourself in a weird position,"
Nicholas facepalmed, knowing it to be true. Justin looked at his brothers and friend.
"What tends to happen?"
Nicholas plopped down on the couch.
"The first time Ashley and Mickey met, they dissed me immediately and Mickey told Ash about how she helped me when we broke up in high school."
Justin, Jesse, and Brandon laughed. Nicholas rolled his eyes.
"They got close immediately and now it sometimes feels like I'm third-wheeling and Ash is MY girlfriend."
That just made the three laugh more. Nicholas now fully understands that he needs new brothers and friends.
"When Mickey gets a boyfriend, I swear I will bother them mercilessly."
Jesse and Brandon smiled.
"We will too,"
Justin shrugged, feeling something inside again that he has yet to figure out. Nicholas nodded.
"Whelp, I think it will happen soon,"
Justin quickly looked at his brother.
"Why do you say that?"
Nicholas smirked a small smirk.
"She got a hoodie from Jake."
The three younger boys were confused, and yes, Justin counts as a boy, Jesse looked at his brother.
"What do you mean?"
Nicholas rolled his eyes at the lack of intelligence in his family and Brandon.
"Girls always steal guy's hoodies that they like. I lost a lot of my hoodies to Ashley in our long time of dating (Cue laughter from the boys). I gave her a few, especially for Christmas and her birthday, to show I love her (Cue aw's and ew's). The fact that Jake gave her a hoodie without knowing her for a long time says something."
Justin felt something deep inside, he does not like Jake at all. Jesse and Brandon crossed their arms. Jesse smiled.
"We can work with this, I just need a few more minutes with him."
Nicholas laughed at that.
"We are not threatening Jake, he seems alright,"
Justin frowned. Brandon shrugged.
"Yeah I guess so, he seems alright. I mean Mickey trusts him enough so I trust him,"
Nicholas nodded.
"Yeah, let's just wait for the girls to come back. I think they should soon."
So the boys started watching a movie and doing things.
