Michela and Ashley were in a small boutique. No one else was with them because Ashley chose Michela as her only Bridesmaid because she didn't really have that many girl friends, only Michela fully was her girl best friend, along with the maid of honor. Justin was Best Man still so the two would still walk in together. Bryce and Jake were coming in together as part of the wedding crew. The Flower boys were going to be Jesse and Brandon. Jake and Bryce said that they could be Bridesmaids but Ashley and Nicholas both thought that they should just stick to them being on Nicholas' party of five. Michela glared at the dress in her hands.

"Are you sure that I should be wearing this?"

Ashley laughed and nodded,

"You were the one to come up with the theme,"

Michela sighed and nodded,

"Fair point Ash...I'll wear it,"

Michela was holding a golden strapless dress that came to just above her knees along with golden flats. Ashley smiled brightly,

"Now help me try on Wedding Dresses,"

Yes, it is very late for the two to be officially finding a dress...but they already narrowed it down to three. Michela helped Ashley into the first one that was very puffy and majestic. The third one they knew was the one when Ashley tried it on. It had some lace that looked like little moons or crescents on it. Michela smiled brightly,

"Oh my god! I love it!"

Ashley blushed,

"You think it is good?"

Michela smirked and nodded,

"Honey, that is the one! You are lucky Nickey doesn't have any walls to crash into,"

Ashley laughed at Michela's gentle tease at her almost-husband. Just two more days. Ashley was nervous but knew that he was the one...that this wedding will be perfect. Michela put her hands on Ashley's shoulders, knowing what she was thinking,

"You and Nickey will do amazing, everything is perfect Ash, don't stress about it."

Ashley smiled and nodded,

"You are right, thanks, Mickey,"

Michela smiled brightly and nodded,

"Now, let's get this dress fitted and bring it back to your place,"

Ashley smiled and nodded. The two brought it back to her place. Michela sat down,

"What time are we supposed to get our hair done and your makeup?"

Ashley smiled,

"At 7 A.M. You can sleepover tomorrow so we can both get up, have pancakes, and leave,"

Michela smirked,

"You know the key to my heart,"

Ashley laughed and shrugged.

"Of course I do, we are best friends,"

Michela chuckled and nodded. Ashley looked at her momentarily and wanted to mention the small elephant in the room: Justin Belasco. The two barely talked about him. Ashley knew that the two barely talked except at rehearsals for the wedding and Ashley knew that she missed him especially when she would notice Michela sometimes reaching for the necklace that was no longer on her neck whenever she was nervous or deep in thought. Ashley smiled and nudged her,

"Will you be alright?"

Michela looked at her and knew who and what she was talking about. She sighed,

"Yeahh...it's in the past...I'll be fine Ash, don't stress about it,"

Ashley rolled her eyes and nudged her,

"I know you still like him,"

Michela winced ever so slightly and nodded,

"Yeah, I do. But I don't want to, I'll get over it."

Ashley sighed at her stubbornness and nodded,

"Whatever you say, sis,"

Michela smiled at the name,

"Shut up,"

Ashley laughed.

With the Boys

All of the boys were in a store to buy a tuxedo for the wedding. Nicholas tugged at his tuxedo as it was fitted. Justin smiled and nudged him,

"You look great Nicholas,"

Nicholas smiled at him,

"Thanks, man...you guys got your colors and everything?"

Jake held up his dark grey tuxedo and gold tie,

"Yes sirrrr, we all have grey tuxedos with golden ties, Jesse and Brandon both have golden bow ties,"

Nicholas smiled and nodded,

"Thanks for this,"

Jesse shoved him playfully,

"We got your back Nick, that's what family is for,"

Nicholas smiled at his wording and nodded,

"Yes, it is,"

Jake put his fist to Nicholas' right arm,

"We will be there for you Nicholas, and I promise to not laugh if you trip,"

Nicholas chuckled at his normal teasing tone, Bryce smirked,

"I will never make such a promise,"

Then everyone burst into laughter with the blonde. This is what family is for, a family doesn't begin with blood, and it doesn't end in it either. Family is made up of the ones you love most, it does not necessarily mean biological, a family is where you feel at ease and free.
