"Wow."

"I remodeled the place after you left last summer." Charlie has taken Elena to her room first. The girls would share a room together and since Bella never visited, Elena had their room to herself.

Elena's new room was the entire attic. When you walked up the stairs the first thing you could see was the window that was directly across from the stairs. Her bed was on the right side of the room while there was a desk and a chair on the left side of the room. The wall around the desk was covered with pictures of Elena and her family and friends, which mainly consisted of Bella and Jacob, along with some drawings from when the girl was younger.

Underneath the window was a window seat and along that wall were nothing but books ranging in genres and sizes. It was Elena's dream room.

"I took that drawing you made of the room you wanted a few years ago and well I did my best." Charlie sighed. Elena immediately turned to hug her father and tried not to cry. She knew he must've spent so much time and money into her room and she was so grateful for him.

"Let me show you this as well." Elena let go of her father and followed him to the right side of the room next to the stairs. He opened the wooden door and was met with a small walk in closet. It had some of her clothes in it along with a few drawers along the wall. She gasped in awe at the room in front of her.

"And there's uh this too." He walked away and went to the other side of the stairs and opened the door. In front of them was a small bathroom but Elena loved it. She was also glad she didn't have to share with the other two people in the house.

She quickly wiped her eyes and hugged her father and whispered a thank you to him.

"You're welcome kid. Now stop crying. You're gonna make me cry." He patted her head and left to go talk to his other daughter letting Elena get settled in.

Elena took a breath and took her bags and placed them in the small closet decided to wait till later to put them away because she wanted to spend time with her family.

"Wow not much has changed here huh?"

Elena stood outside her sister's room once she noticed her dad leaving downstairs. Bella turned her head and looked at her sister before shaking her head with a smile.

"Guess not." Bella set back on her bed and sighed.

"Here." Elena took the small Cactus out of her sisters hands and placed it on the windowsill.

"When he grows bigger we can get him a bigger pot and then put him outside." Elena laughed.

Bella shook her head at her younger sister as she sat down. "Don't worry so much Bella. Soon we'll make friends and you'll want to be here whenever we go visit mom." Elena hugged her sister who sighed in response. "Just give it a chance."

Beep

"Who is beeping right now?!" Elena stood up from the bed and walked to the window with her sister right behind her.

"Is that-" Bella was cut off midsentence by her sister.

"Billy and Jake!" Elena ran out of her sister's bedroom and down the stairs as fast as she could. The second she reached the door she slammed it open and jumped over the stairs.

"Billy! Jake!" Billy Black was a longtime friend of Charlie Swan and Jacob Black was his son. Whenever Elena would visit her father Jacob was her go-to person when Charlie was busy with work.

Elena jumped in her best friend's arms and hugged him tightly. "Can't. Breath." Jake choked out while laughing.

"Hey little one." Billy chuckled as the girl hugged the man in a wheelchair and she smiled at him.

"I've missed you both." She looked between the two.

"Same here." Jake laughed.

All of their heads turned at the sound of the front door of the Swan home opening and closing. Bella made her way over to the group and linked her arm with her sister.

"Bella you remember Billy Black." Charlie said pointing to his friend.

"Yeah." She leaned forward and shook his hand, "yeah you're looking good." She smiled.

"I'm still dancing." He laughed. "Well I'm glad the two of you are finally here," he looked between the two girls, "Charlie here hasn't shut up about it since you said you were coming."

Charlie rolled his eyes at his best friend, "alright keep exaggerating and I'll roll you into the mud."

"Oh I'll ram you in the ankles." Billy turned his wheelchair around and chased Charlie into the street where the two pretended to fight. "Yeah! Bring it!"

"Hi I'm Jacob." The boy introduced himself to the Swan sister he didn't talk to. "We used to make mud pies when we were little." He chuckled with a smile on his face.

"No, yeah, I remember. Are they always like this?" Bella nodded over to the two who were still 'boxing' in the street.

"It get worse with old age." Jacob joked to the older Swan.

"Well don't let them hear you say that." Elena laughed as the two grown ups approached the small group of three.

"So, what do you think?" Charlie hit the bright orange truck that was next to the two girls. Elena was already leaning on it.

"Of what?" The twins asked in unison.

"Your homecoming present." Charlie shrugged.

"What?"

"This?"

"Just bought it off Billy here." Charlie smirked and turned to Billy Black.

"Yup." Billy laughed and hit the truck as well.

"Oh my gosh! This-this is perfect." Bella started to open the door and accidentally his Jacob in the leg as she did cause the younger sister to laugh and have to lean on her father for support.

Jacob made his way over to the other side of the truck and slid inside.

"Do you like it?" Charlie asked his youngest daughter.

"Of course dad. It's great! Thank you." She hugged her father and hugged Billy.

"Jacob helped with your room as well. Did you like it?" Billy asked his favorite person.

"He did? Yes it came out amazing I love it so much. I'll thank him later." She laughed.

Billy hit his friend lightly, "I told you they'd love it. I'm down with the kids." He did a little motion with his hands signaling the word down.

"Please Billy. Don't ever do that again." The three began to laugh together and waited for Bella and Jake to be done inside the truck.
