"Well we're definitely gonna be late."

Bella looked at her sister. "What? It's dark. I'm sure they've already eaten by now and left without us. And I don't know about you but I'm starving." Elena rubbed her stomach.

"Shh." Elena shushed her sister as she noticed two men at the end of the alleyway. Elena noticed them start walking towards the two and both girls turned around immediately walking in the other direction.

"Hey! Saw you in the dress store!"

"Yeah you sure looked pretty!"

"Hey! Where you running to!"

"There they are."

Both girls were immediately surrounded by more guys.

"Look what we have here." One of the guys threw a beer to one of them behind both girls.

"Hey woah woah woah woah where do you think you're going." Two boys stood shoulder to shoulder in front of Bella and pushed her back.

"Don't touch her!" Elena hissed at them.

"Oooooh! Fiesty. I like fiesty."

"Come on."

"Hang out with us." One of the guys grabbed Elena and pulled her to him.

"Leave her alone." Bella slapped the guys hand away from her sister and pulled her closer.

"Let's have some fun." Bella and Elena were standing back to back with the group of guys surrounding them.

"Don't touch me!" The girls yelled in unison pushing away their hands.

"You're so pretty." One guy grabbed Elena's hair and yanked it causing her to let out a cry of help.

"Don't touch her!" Bella turned and kneed one of the guys in his crotch before the sound of screeching tires were heard.

Elena immediately blocked Bella not wanting a repeat of what happened at the school. Edward Cullen wasn't here to protect her sister.

The car immediately stopped only inches away from the men who were messing with the two girls. Bella gasped at the closeness of the car before the driver door and the passenger door opened to reveal Jasper Hale and Edward Cullen.

"Get in the car." Edward hissed to the girls. Both girls could tell how mad the two teenagers were and Bella didn't hesitate to listen and climb in the backseat of the car.

"Now Elena." Jasper yelled at the Swan twin who was still in eyes view of the men who were clearly drunk. The second she saw the look in Jasper's eyes she obeyed his command not wanting to find out what would happen if she didn't.

From their seat both girls leaned up and saw Jasper and Edward stalking towards the group like predators to their prey. It was only a minute or two when the teenagers got back into the car. Edward took the car out of park and immediately drove forward towards the group.

"Edward!" Elena yelled at him as she was thrown into her seat.

He ignored her but reversed out of the parking lot and immediately drove off. The road was nothing but bumpy but that was probably because there wasn't a road. It was an alleyway.
