Claws in my heart (TigerStar x reader)

~•Chapter 15•~

It had been a while since TigerClaw left the camp, no one felt safe anymore. You sighed and decided to bring a few mice for the elders. As you entered the den, they all looked up at you and greeted. "Hello Y/W/N, what are you doing here?" One eye asked.

"I decided to bring some fresh kill for you all," you mewed, places a mouse by their paws.

"Thank you Y/W/N," DappleTail smiled as the elders ate their meal and talked amongst themselves, you sat by the entrance listing in.

"I don't think FireHeart's deputyship is going to be great." One eye whispered, every elders nodded in agreement.

"I think she should of made Y/W/N deputy!" HalfTail complained. You looked over at him and shook your head.

"I-I don't think so, it's just because-," you tried to protest but was cut off.

"It's because of him, isn't it?" SmallEar muttered, you sighed and nodded, knowing who he was talking about. "Well you did show him a thing or two when he was exiled!"

The rest of the elders laughed quietly, "yeah, you were brave to stand up to him Y/W/N," PatchPelt mewed, you swiftly licked your chest fur.
"I don't even know if BlueStar would want me near her, let alone be her deputy."

DappleTail shook her head, "nonsense, she allows you to go into her den most of the time, even if you were a friend of TigerClaw's, I think it's because you refused to go with him because he almost killed your former mentor."

"Yeah, BlueStar actually thinks of you as her own daughter you know," PatchPelt added.

"I didn't know that, but I guess I should be heading off," you mewed, the elders said goodbye as you left to see BlueStar.

"BlueStar? How are you?" You mewed, the blue she-cat looked up at you and sighed.

"I'm doing fine Y/W/N, just a bit tired that's all." You saw BlueStar dug her claws into the ground, you swallowed hard, "anyway me and FireHeart will be going to the MoonStone to get advice from StarClan, can you watch over the clan for me please?"

You nodded and smiled, "don't worry BlueStar I'll keep everything under control,"

BlueStar lifted herself up from her nest and left the Leaders den, you followed behind. "FireHeart, were going to the moonstone, Y/W/N will keep watch."

FireHeart gave an uncertain look, as if he didn't trust you. But he said nothing and followed BlueStar out of camp. You sighed and set next to the high rock.

Not a lot of cats really trusted you, WhiteStorm and Brindleface didn't really talk to you. FireHeart and SandStorm were fine, the rest of the cats just ignored that you were there. The cats that trusted you was DustPelt, DarkStripe, LongTail, the elders and BlueStar.

"Hey Y/W/N!" You saw SwiftPaw and BrightPaw Greer you as they padded up to you.

"That was amazing when you rejected TigerClaw!" SwiftPaw mewed in excitement.

There still going on about it...?

"Oh it was nothing..." you murmured.

"I wish I was that brave," BrightPaw muttered sadly, you shook your head.

"Don't worry, I think your really Brave, everyone in camp is," you softly mewed, BrightPaw eyes lit up slightly.

Suddenly, BlueStar padded back into camp, her tail lashing in anger. FireHeart followed close behind in a worried state.

"What happened?" You mewed towards FireHeart, he just sighed. You rolled your eyes as you were about to go and see BlueStar however FireHeart stopped you.

"I think she needs to be alone for now," he murmured. You sighed and padded away.

~•TimeSkip to the next day•~

You were bored out of your mind, all you could do was bathe in the warm sun. However you lifted yourself up and decided to go and hunt. As you padded through the dense undergrowth, you caught a squirrel and two voles. You picked up your prey and was about to head back to camp but you saw a streak of brown fur run passed you, frantically you looked around until you heard a rustle in the bush, as a patrol was coming close you smelt a horrible stench, you looked around and saw two cats in horrible condition.

Then the patrol was right behind you, "what do we have here?" MouseFur questioned as she looked at you, "were you helping them invade?"

You shook your head, "no I found them here." No one in the patrol really believed you however they decided to bring the two cats back to camp, who were Littlecloud and WhiteThroat.

The two cats were asking for herbs, BlueStar didn't really care however Yellowfang shooed the cats away, as if she recognised something.

You sighed quietly and went to the warriors den to rest.

~•TimeSkip•~

You were sat with LongTail, just eating fresh kill and chatting, "you know, before I found them two ShadowClan cats, I saw a brown streak of fur run passed me."

LongTail took a bit out of his mouse and looked back at you confused, "really? Do you think it was  a strange animal?"

You shrugged, "I don't really know but it was too big to be a rabbit and it was Brown so it couldn't be a fox or badger."

Suddenly MouseFur bursts into camp with a few other cats, all wounded. "There's an attack at the ThunderPath!"

You stud up and ran out of camp, FireHeart tried to call you back but you didn't listen. As you got to the thunder path you saw RunningWind, limp, laying on the ground. His eyes were lifeless.

You shrieked in horror, letting out a few sobs for your lost clan mate. However you saw a shadow loom over you. You looked up slightly, to see a brown tabby Tom looking down at you.

"T-TigerClaw...?"
