Pierce is invited to Jimmy Fallon's show, and since Meryl is not busy and the studio is just around New York where they currently live, he brought Meryl along. It's for Pierce to promote his own movie that's why the wife is just backstage watching him do his thing.

"Hey, man,"A voice suddenly called for him as he head backstage and that made him spun around.

"Oh, hey, what's wrong?"Pierce asked immediately and it's Jimmy.

"Who would you want to be your partner in 'Passwords'?"Jimmy asked, referring to the game that they are going to play after the break.

"You can choose from the Roots."Jimmy added and Pierce slowly nodded as he scratch his forehead.

"Can I pick my wife?I mean, she's just in my dressing room, watching."Pierce uttered.

"That is cool but you need to ask her first and if she said 'yes', tell me right away."Jimmy said and Pierce nodded with a smile.

"Sure, sure."Pierce said and he quickly headed to his dressing room.

"Hey, baby."He greeted and he gave a peck on his wife's lips.

"That was good babe."Meryl uttered and he smiled.

"Uhmmm babe, I was thinking about something."Pierce started as he sit across her.

"And what is that?"Meryl asked and Pierce heaved a deep sigh.

"I was thinking if you can be my partner in Jimmy's game that we are going to play."Pierce answered and her eyes went round.

"Are you crazy?I am just here to accompany you."Meryl said and Pierce held her hand.

"Please, babe?It would mean a lot to me if you play with me."Pierce said softly.

"What am I going to get if I said 'yes'?"Meryl asked and raised a brow.

"All-expense paid pampering day with your girlfriends or with whoever you want. You will get massages, manicures, pedicures, salon for your hair, facial."Pierce answered and that made Meryl widely smile.

"Alright, I'm in but babe, I look horrible. I don't have any make-up on."Meryl said and Pierce cupped her face.

"You are stunning even without make-up. Just put on some lipstick or whatever make-up you have there. But either way, what is important to me is that you're playing."Pierce said softly and Meryl sweetly smiled.

"I'm going to tell Jimmy that you're playing. Wait for me here."Pierce said and Meryl just nodded.

The couple are going to play against Jimmy Fallon and Reese Witherspoon and the two are excited at the same time, feeling competitive. They all did a briefing and Jimmy and Pierce are now asked to sit on the area where the game will take place while Meryl and Reese are still backstage.

"Welcome back to the Tonight Show everybody, this is Steve Higgins and it's time to play PASSWORDS!"Steve Higgins started and it earned applause and squeals from the audience.

"On my left is the host of NBC's The Tonight Show and Socrates' sweetheart, Jimmy Fallon."Steve introduced and Jimmy waved at the crowd.

"And on my right is a two-time Golden Globe nominee also known as one of the actors who played the iconic James Bond, Pierce Brosnan!"Steve introduced and Pierce waved and winked at the camera.

"Jimmy, who are you going to play with tonight?"Steve asked and Jimmy looked straight into the camera that is focused on him.

"She is an Oscar-winning actress and now a producer. She is one of the producers of HBO's Big Little Lies and soon, she'll star alongside Jeniffer Aniston on Apple TV's new show which she is also one of the producers, The Morning Show. Please welcome, Reese Witherspoon!"Jimmy introduced and Reese entered the area, waving at the audience as the crowd cheer for her.
