Pierce just got home from work in his and his girlfriend's apartment and he is surprised to see the living room empty for he usually finds his girlfriend there, watching television. He headed straight to their room, and he found his girlfriend there, napping on the bed with something on her abdomen. He carefully dropped his things on the couch before sitting at the edge of the bed to remove his shoes. He looked at his girlfriend to take a closer look at her and he realized what's on her abdomen.

"It's the time of the month."Pierce thought and he went to their closet to change into house clothes.

"Babe."Pierce whispered as he gently crawl beside her.

"Babe."Pierce whispered again and she slowly opened her eyes with a groan.

"What?"She asked almost a whisper and he softly giggled.

"What do you want for dinner?"Pierce asked softly.

"Chinese."Meryl answered and he kissed her forehead.

"The time of the month?"Pierce asked.

"Isn't it obvious?"She asked and he nodded.

"Alright, I'm sorry. Just making sure that you're not pregnant."Pierce answered and her palm suddenly met his chest.

"Oh, my God, babe, that hurts!"Pierce exclaimed as he rub his chest.

"What the fuck does that mean?"Meryl asked almost a shout.

"I'm just saying that you on a period means you are not pregnant."Pierce answered.

"Making sure I am not pregnant?Does that mean you don't want a baby with me?"Meryl asked that made his eyes go round.

"No! Of course I want a baby with you, we're already engaged, my God. I just don't want us to have a baby out of wed-lock."Pierce answered and tears started rolling down her cheeks that alarmed him.

"No, you don't want a baby with me."Meryl cried and Pierce did a facepalm.

"Okay, I'm going to order dinner."Pierce said and Meryl looked at him.

"Order pizza."Meryl suddenly uttered and Pierce looked at her.

"I thought you want Chinese?"Pierce asked and Meryl slowly sat up.

"I want both, okay?"Meryl answered almost a shout and Pierce raised his hands.

"Okay, okay, take a chill pill, babe. You're scaring me."Pierce answered.

"No uterus, no opinion, okay?All you have is a penis that you stick up in my vagina when you're horny and when there is no blood coming out of it."Meryl uttered before going in the bathroom and she slammed the door that made Pierce let out a sigh.

Pierce headed to their living room after he ordered their dinner and he turned on the television to watch football. Meryl suddenly arrived in the living room after a few moments, and she sat on her boyfriend's lap, straddling him before burying her face on his neck.

"You okay?"Pierce asked softly and he started rubbing her back.

"No."Meryl answered and he kissed her temple.

"Dinner will be here in a few."Pierce whispered and she just nodded.

"I love you."Meryl suddenly whispered and he smiled.

"I love you, more, even if I can't understand your moods at times."Pierce said and she looked at him.

"You don't understand me?"Meryl asked.

"Babe, I will admit that there are times where I don't understand your mood swings just like earlier but I love you and I know that you are a woman, you women go through things that we will never understand."Pierce answered.
