Chapter 20- Friends Unite

The seven friends stepped through the bushed and looked around. They were back in the Secret Glade, with its beautiful silver trees and the table with the book in the middle. Siluetta heard gasps of awe from Daniel, Rose, Isaac and Fiona. They hadn't been to the Secret Glade before. She herself had, but she was still just as in awe as the first time. The words in the book changed... 

What are you waiting for? You know what to do. 

Siluetta started towards the table. She was nervous. Last time they had done this, they had ended up in the Land of Darkness. What if that happened again? What if this was all a trap?

Above the Secret Glade the sky was darkening. Thick clouds blotted out the stars. There was no moon. Siluetta placed her hands on the violet S. She looked around at her friends. Daniel was nearest to her, his hand on the indigo D. Nia was hovering over the table, her small hand touching the blue N. Edwin's hand was on the green E, Isaac's on the yellow I, and Rose's on the orange R. Fiona, who was only just tall enough, had reached up and placed her paw on the red F. And, as they all stood together, with their hands on the letters, Siluetta realized something. Each of them had their hand on the first letter of their name.

Fiona. Rose. Isaac. Edwin. Nia. Daniel. Siluetta. FRIENDS. 

The seven friends closed their eyes and began to summon thoughts of all that is good and righteous. A warm glow filled their bodies and radiated out, and although they could not see it, light was pouring out of the book.

When they opened their eyes, they saw that the clouds had parted, and a full moon and twinkling stars shone down on them.The seven friends, united together, had called back the light.
