Chapter 21

Uila adjusts her bag and sets off onto route 8 Towards Crichester. She couldn't decide on who to face as she has tpe advantages for both. She eventually settled for Melony seeing as she had 2 fire types, and a Lucario. She battles and defeats many trainers who challenged her, causing her to get a little bit more money and experience points.

When she arrives at Circhester, she decides to check into a hotel before going to relax in the hot springs. She checks into a room and releases Ampharos and Garchomp, Nuzzling and petting the large dragon type. "Heya girlie. How have you been?" "Garchomp Gar!" She giggles. "That's good. I wanted to get some bonding time in since we haven't been together since Kalos." She grabs a bathing suit before turning to the Light and Aura Pokemon, who were sitting on the bed. "You two watch the eggs, we are going to be heading to the hot springs to relax a little bit. We'll challenge the gym tomorrow. I want us to relax a bit before going back to training." "Ampha!" "Lucario." She laughs. "Alright then, shall we go Garchomp?" "Gar!"

The two make their way through the town before stopping at a place that allows pokemon into the springs. "This place looks good huh?" "Garchomp!" "Glad you agree." They make their way inside, getting a public pass and enter into the changing rooms, where she changes into the swimsuit. "Come on Garchomp! The water looks heavenly." They make their way into the empty springs, before they relax and begin chatting. "Yeah, this will be my 6th gym battle. I plan on using you during my battle with Raihan, what do you say?" "Garchomp!" She laughs. "I knew you would agree!" Uila puts their foreheads together. "Great minds think alike right?"

The door to the changing room opens, and a woman with white hair makes her way into the springs. "Hello!" She waves. Uila waves back. "Hey!" The woman's eyes light up in recognition. "You're one of the gym challengers right? Uila?" Uila nods. "Well, then I sure hope you'll be challenging me, I'm Melony, the Ice-Type Gym Leader." Uila smiles. "Yeah, you are who I was planning on challenging." Melony smiles and claps. "Oh great! So how are you liking Circhester so far?" Uila scratches Garchomps head lightly. "It's nice, a little cold for our tastes, but the Hot Springs Sure are nice." Melony laughs. "You are just like Raihan in that sense. He hates coming up here when we host the Gym Leader Battle Royale." Uila smiles. "That is definitely like him." Melony gains a devious grin. "So, how is your relationship with him going." Uila stills. "My what?" "Your relationship." Uila turns bright red. "I-it's fine. Why?" "I know it is more than just fine. I won't tell anyone, your secret is safe with me." She winks and Uila sighs. "You win, yes we are together, but we've only been together for about 2 ½ weeks now." "Still, you guys are super cute!" Uila smiles. "Thanks."

Garchomp swims over to the other pokemon who Melony brought along. "It's one of Gordie's pokemon. She likes to keep me company when I am about. She's a Rolycoly, never wanted to evolve, but that's fine." Uila smiles. "That's sweet." Uila checks the clock. "Ah, my pokemon are probably getting worried back at the hotel." Melony looks at Uila. "You left your pokemon at the hotel?" Uila nods. "I left them to watch over my pokemon eggs. I didn't want to bring them because I would be leaving them unattended, and they volunteered to stay at the hotel and watch them for me." Melony squeals. "That's so sweet!" Uila nods. "I'll see you tomorrow when I challenge you." She smiles. "I can't wait!" She and Garchomp change.

They pick up some food on their way back, Uila giving Garchomp a Malasada that they were selling, making her mind travel once again back to Alola. She shakes her head to snap out of her thoughts when Garchop nudges her. "Thanks Garchomp. I appreciate that." "Garchomp gar!" She laughs. "I know, let's get back to the hotel, I bet Lucario is worried sick." They rush back to the hotel, to find Lucario pacing and Ampharos holding the eggs, which were wriggling. Uila rushed over to them, grabbing a towel and placing it underneath them. Uila fumbled with her phone calling Raihan. His face popped up. "Yes babe?" She smiled. "The eggs are hatching." He smiles. "That's great!" She turned to an egg that had cracked and fallen over. After a couple moments a small Rowlet rolled out. "Row?" Uila smiled. "Hey buddy. How goes it?" She was distracted by the other egg cracking, A Zeroara yawning sleepily.  Uila smiled. "Kukui gave me another starter and an electric type. Oh my gods." Raihan grins. "That's amazing babe." The two pokemon go towards Uila, before jumping onto her. "Hello to you too. Now, let's get you sorted." She catches them both before releasing them. "Alright you two, I am going to start you guys with a little training tomorrow alright? I can tell you guys are going to become great allies." Raihan rolls his eyes. "They just hatched Uila." She huffs. "Yeah, but Deerling have to get up and start running within 15 minutes of their birth. You don't see me training them in 15 minutes do you?" He sweat drops. "Right, I guess you doing a little wouldn't hurt." She nods. "Yep! And they are going to gain experience by watching us battle and training from Manectric and Lucario. I don't have any grass types." "You could always talk to Milo." A lightbulb lights up. "That's right! Gosh I am dumb sometimes." He chuckles. "Anyways, I'll let you go so that you can eat and talk to Kukui." She raises an eyebrow. "How do you know I haven't eaten?" "Because Garchomp is holding up a bag of food behind you." Uila turns around and low and behold, Garchomp was holding a bag of food. She sighs. "Alright, goodnight Raihan, sleep well." "You too babe, I'll talk to you tomorrow after your battle. Kick some Ice-Type ass for me please." "Will do, buh-bye." "Bye."

Uila sighs and looks down at the small pokemon in her lap. "Let's get everyone fed before calling Kukui yeah?"
