Chapter Fifteen

Regina's P.O.V

We had arrived late. Very late. Having to change in the car was also a pain and what would be the first thing we see? A red-brown wold holding a blonde girl betwen her teeth. Marissa. Amy. Problem. Oh well Britney would have to solve that shit. We weren't here to get ourselves in trouble. Way to go Marissa. One thing puzzled me though. Amy's body was regenerating as fast as a wolf's but she didn't smell like a wolf. Neither did she smell like a vampire but there was a way hybrids could let their wolf 'sleep'. This shit was getting too complicated. Someone needed to find out what was going on in this territory. They didn't even have a porper count on the number of hybrids amongst them. Just then Britney's voice brought me out of my daze "Beta Marissa, Leave and do not return unless ordered to."

Chris' P.O.V

My beautiful mate was upset. My scent was mixed with Amy's because we had been spending a lot of time together. We never actually slept together though we had kissed a lot. It took a little bit of the pain away. Not all of it but some. I didn't understand it though. Why did she have to be so difficult. She was the one rejecting me and yet she was the one upset? I found a fellow hybrid who was trying to teach me how to mask my aura and scent away from council wolves. The only thing I couldn't hide was the mark on my wolf. Each hybrid had a special mark on their face to show that they were hybrid. That was something I had no way of hiding. She of all people should be least upset.

Her dress fit her perfectly and it made her look like an angel from above. When Amy stepped outside it looked like Marissa would explode and that is exactly what happened. I made no attempt to aid Amy when the red-brown wolf went at her. I just stood there looking in awe at my mate's beautiful wolf. Ok. My mate always leaves me speechless and beautiful would be the only word left on my mind. Can't hate on me. Amy didn't scream. It's like she wanted to die. Everyone knows that you don't try to claim someone else's mate. They would kill you and to make matters worse. My mate was a Beta. She'd rip your throat out. Let's be real. Alpha Britney ordered my mate away and so I went in pursuit. No one tried to stop me. It was against our code to prevent mates from being with each other. "Wait up you asshole, take this for her. We can smell that blonde slut on you." Cristal threw a bag at me. I'm sure it was filled with clothes for my mate.

Marissa's P.O.V

I ran and ran until my wolf was satisfied. We reached the waterfall and I just stood there looking at it. Mesmerized. What had I done? I don't know what possessed me to bite blonde bimbo barbie,Amy, but I did. She was healing fast so naturally I just bit harder. Why Britney made me leave? I ahve not the slightest idea but I ahd to obey since she was my alpha. I wanted to go back but I couldn't unless she wanted so. I tried to contact her through the mind link but she had mentally blocked me. Oh joy. She shut me out. That b-word. I heard a branch crack and snapped my head in the direction it came from. Chris stood there until he decided to throw a bag my way. I understood why. I walked over to it. Looked up at him and carefully took the bag between my teeth. I took it behind a tree and shifted. I slipped on the clothes and stepped put. I made up my mind. I knew what I had to do. It was the only answet and I no longer cared about repercussions.

"We have to talk about this and when I mean talk. I mean I talk and you listen." I slowly walked towards him and stopped about a metre away from him. "I know you are a Beta. The only one who can replace your parents. I understand that but you are my mate. I know that you're upset but think about how I feel. You've been rejecting me since DAY ONE! And I got tired of it. Other than you I have loved no one. NO ONE! I only LOVE YOU and the only other girl I can love is OUR DAUGHTER! I didn't screw Amy if that's what you're thinking. I know you may have thought that but I didn't because every moment I was away from you. My heart hurt. I never thought I could be happy after my parents died so long ago but you came. Things were starting to look up again. What is wrong with me? Tell me so that I can change.I'd do anything for you." And with that he broke down. He loved me. He was crying because of the bitch I am.

"Which is why I'm doing this." and I rushed at him pushing him agaisnt a tree. With canines extended I bit down into his skin. I felt his blood fill my mouth. And it was done. There was no going back. We would make this work. We would be happy.

So my last update was 10 days ago for which I am sorry. I've been having writer's block lately and I think real life Marissa will beat my ass (even though she is really shorter than me and Regina would leave her. SMH my friends sigh Courtney might save me) Wow turn of events. I didn't expect this to happen either but ummm ok. I guess it could work. So whenever you guys are reading please drop a comment.
