Brandon's pov

It was about 2pm when I went to talk to Charlotte and needed to clear my head after. I walked to an old thrift store and wandered. No knowing what I was gonna do. I looked around, sat there, and just sat in my thoughts.

I really thought every time she came back that she changed. I don't know why I was so hooked on her. But when Aria popped back in my life I felt so amazing. She makes me so happy and just fills that giant hole in my heart.

She's the one. She's always been, and I think I'm good enough for her. At least I hope I am.

I didn't realize how long I was here because I checked the time and it was already 6pm and I needed to hurry home to change so I can take Aria out. I jumped back to reality and rushed out of the store speed walking home.

Arias pov (earlier that day)

Brandon texts me telling me he wanted to do something special and take me out. Unfortunately I got the message while I was sitting right next to Richard who's next to Jenn. All of the guys and Jenn decided to watch a movie.

Brando💛: I wanna do something special w/ you later at like 7. So keep being your gorgeous self 💙🦋

"Aww that's so cute your blushing and everything" richard says and everyone looks over asking what was going on.

"Brandon texted saying he's doing something special and she keeps being her gorgeous self" he manages to say as I'm trying to cover his mouth but I failed.

Zion: "Ayy my mans making some big moves huh?"

Me: "shut up z"

Joel: "don't act like you don't have a crush on him too, we can all see the chemistry"

Jenn: "Yeahh and you guys are so cute"

Me: "Wha- stop being weirdos"

Richard: "and don't let me catch him or you fucking up or I'll have to throw some hands"

I scoff and walk away going to my room. All the guys throw in some comments about me and Brandon. I just smile and head upstairs. I text back Brandon saying I can't wait and relax.

After watching a shit ton of Netflix and messing around with some beats it was 6. I jumped in the shower and put on a nice dress. I hear a lot of thuds in the bathroom and I knock not wanting to walk in on a naked Brandon and because Jenns with me.

"Ay b you good? Broke a foot?" I say laughing to the memory of me doing the same in that bathroom. I lean on the wall beside the door waiting for a response.

He opens the door and pops his head out, he's shirtless but has pants on.

"Yeah all good I just slipped, give me like 20 minutes and I'm all done to leave. You look gorgeous as always" he says kissing my cheek.

I try not to blush so much as jenns right there.

"Cutest fucking couple ever" She says

"Shh hes right in there dude! You and I both know we're not dating, why would he want to date me?" I say sitting beside her on my bed.

"Shut up he's head over heels for your fine ass"

"Whatever, I don't wanna get my hopes up for anything. It could be a simple dinner like always"

"Nahh he's proposing"

"JENN shut up bro, not funny" I say laughing at her ridiculousness.

"In all seriousness, he's definitely asking you out, and don't let me catch yourself saying no or I'll have to drag your ass"

"As if, I'll beat you up anytime. You saw how I dragged charlottes ass. Don't let that be you sweetie"

We bust out laughing.

I laugh and after a bit of talking Brandon knocks and tells me if I'm ready and we leave.
