Everyone had parted ways to theirs houses as I went home with Finn, minus Millie, the thought of Millie not being here saddens me, I forgive her for what she did but now I'm just more worried if she's ok or not.

It's now the next day, with a bandage on my head and Finn and I are sitting in his basement, in silence as he plays with a rubix cube while I get lost in my thoughts.

Suddenly we both find ourselves looking at the blanket fort, before I could even notice anything Finn had gotten up and started kicking and destroying the blanket fort. Finn was not mad at me but he knew he could not share his hatred thoughts about Millie to me, but I could tell he was a little upset at me for no reason. I continue to watch as he kicks down the blanket fort and looks back at me with disappointment in his eyes.

A few hours later Gaten arrives at the house and is now sitting down next to me, while Finn sits up and starts to go on a rant.

"I just... I can't believe she didn't come back." Finn starts.

"She's gotta be close." Gaten says.

"She said it wasn't safe. She just messed up the compasses because she wanted to protect us." Finn exclaims.

"That place would definitely not be safe, so wherever Mills is, it's not near the gate."

"So therefore she didn't betray us." Finn says.

"Finn, calm down." says Gaten.

"I shouldn't have yelled at her. I never should've done that."

"Finn, you triggered a memory, more of a flashback." I say, in an attempt to explain what happened in Millie's head even though I could never fully understand.

"A flashback to what?"

"To when we were in the lab. So she is probably scared and upset, look it's not your fault, it's inevitable."

"Yeah. It's not your fault." Gaten agrees.

"Yeah, it's Caleb's." Finn blames.

"It wasn't his fault either." Gaten argues.
Finn stops moving around the room and stands in front of us.

"It wasn't his fault?"

"No." Gaten responds.

"So you're saying he wasn't way out of line?"

"Totally, but so were you!"

"What?"

"And so was Millie! The only people who weren't was me and Alexis!"

"Oh, give me a break!"

"No, Finn, you give me a break! All three of you were being a bunch of little assholes! We were the only reasonable ones." Gaten says looking at me.

"But the bottom line is... you pushed first. And you know the rule. You draw first blood..."

"No! No way! I'm not shaking his hand."
