Fifteen: Zoomer

I am now sitting on the back of the car with Finn and Gaten, Joe laying across us as I close my eyes. Trying it relax and taking my mind off the immense pain I am in. I tilt my head onto Gaten's shoulder as he holds and ice pack to Joe's head and Finn holding one on my nose. Jax had definitely broken my nose but I have to focus on what's more important, saving the human race. Sadie was driving with Caleb in the passenger seat bickering about where on the map they were going like an old married couple. Finn was trying to talk to me but I didn't respond, he takes the ice pack off my nose and shines a light in my eyes.

"Uh, guys..." Finn speaks up. "Alexis has a concussion."

"I'm not surprised, did you see how hard Jax kicked her in the head?"

"Bastard." Sadie mutters while continuing to drive.

"Natalia?" We hear Joe's voice. I open my eyes to see Joe groan and pinch his nose.

"No, Joe. Don't touch it." Gaten says softly, moving Joe's hand away from his face. "Hey, buddy," Gaten says as Joe mutters something under his breath that wasn't very understandable. "It's ok, you put up a good fight. He kicked your ass but you put up a good fight. You're ok." He says as Joe groans again.

"Ok, you're gonna keep straight for half a mile, then make a left on Mount Sinai," Caleb says to Sadie in the front. Joe removes the ice pack from his head.

"What's going on?" Joe asks, his voice husky and low before he sees Sadie in the drivers seat. "Oh my god!"

"Just relax, she's driven before." Gaten says.

"Yeah, in a parking lot." Finn argues as Joe makes weird noises from pain and discomfort. Now I have to admit, I don't feel safe in this car and definitely don't like the fact that we are going way over the speed limit but the others are very persistent so I had no other choice but to hop in.

"That counts," Gaten responds trying to sound optimistic like the car wasn't likely to crash. I groan as we go over a speed bump snapping me out of the slightly relaxed state I was in.

"They were gonna leave you behind." I say to Joe.

"Oh my god." Joe mumbles again as he tries to sit up.

"I promised them you'd be cool, ok?" Gaten says to him as I tried to keep Joe still but he was a lot bigger and stronger than me in this moment.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What's going on? Oh, my god. No! Woah! Stop the car! Slow down!" Joe starts to freak out.

"I told you he'd freak out." Finn says to Gaten, Gaten completely ignoring him and still trying to calm Joe down. My head continues to pound as we go over another bump. I lean my head into Finn's shoulder and close my eyes once again.

"Stop the car!" Joe says again, my head pounding once more.

"Everybody shut up! I'm trying to focus!" Sadie says slamming her hands on the wheel.

"Oh, wait, that's Mount Sinai. Make a left," Caleb shouts over Gaten still trying to hush Joe.

"What?" Sadie shouts.

"Make a left," Caleb orders, Sadie spins the wheel haphazardly, causing everyone to fall in the car. Everyone screamed as Joe held onto my arm. Finally we arrived where Hop had dug the hole the first time. Sadie then stopped the car as everyone calmed the hell down.
