Eight: Bayes Place

"All right, we have about an hour before we meet up with everyone, do you have everything?" Millie asks Alexis.

"Yeah, you?" Alexis nodded, the two girls walked through the woods behind their home and found their spot from when they first took shelter when they escaped from the lab. The girls had made it like their little hang out spot and called it 'Bayes Place'. Standing out the front of it the girls dropped to their knees and crawled inside their little area. They shuffled around a bit, trying to get comfortable, setting the boxes down next to them. Alexis sat on the sleeping bag and looked around the little hangout place, the sun sneaking in from a few of the gaps in the wood. Some of the wood planks that they had put in to secure the place had pictures of the party around it... they also had some pictures of their friends and them that they had found on the internet from when they were younger scattered around.

In the corner had a small table that had a flashlight and a lamp for when they were there at night. Alexis had the idea to create the place when she was lucky enough to see 'Castle Schnapp' with Noah... it was his little hang out so Alexis decided she wanted one herself. Millie and Alexis kept this place a secret from the others as it was their special place.

"Look!" Millie said, grabbing Alexis's attention. She held a bunch of papers in her hands. Alexis tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and leaned closer to see what she was talking about. The box had come from the cabin, it was labeled 'Lab Documents'. The pair had stolen it from the little hole that Millie had discovered in the floor. Their green eyes stared at a picture of their friend Hazel who had died at the lab.

010 is very interesting as she had the ability to control air. She could create gust storms and cause herself to fly. 010 is the first of her family to experience her gifts and comes from a normal home in Ohio.

010 had a power to easily harm the guards and should've been handled with much more care than she had been. Unfortunately during an experiment involving both 011 and 012, 010 lost her life due to radiation from the experiment. 010 is the only one to have died from an experiment like this which proved that she was unfit to go up against the Russians.

"I-" Alexis started but choked from trying to hold back tears. Millie stayed silent, both of their eyes glued to the piece of paper. Alexis watched a tear that belonged to Millie fall on the picture of Hazel. Alexis looked away as Millie put Hazel's document away with care. Alexis now sobbing, turned to Millie and hugged her. Hazel was their only friend that they had made in the lab, the only other kid interaction. They were also in a lot of experiments together. Pulling out of the hug Millie picks up her own document.

She came from a small town in New Jersey along with 012.

Being related to 012 the two had a connection which we could use to our advantage against the Russians, sending the two in together for experiments and being able to gain important information. Her and 012 escaped through a vent that will be blocked off and if seen is to be taken straight back to the lab.
