The man standing in front of me obviously isn't an ally. He's rather large, in the seven to eight foot range of how friggin tall he is, making me look like a bug.
His purple hair flew in the wind of the hill we're on. This is what i get for wanting a bigger view of the capital.
And here i thought it'd be an easy mission. I activate Lionell, Leone's old Teigu. Every time i use it I feel guilty, but Cyrus said it suited me. I bare my claws and ready myself.
The man smiles.
"My name is Kronos. You are?" He said, introducing himself. So he's the type to tell his enemy his name, too bad I'm not that type.
I charge at him, kicking him square in the teeth. He doesn't even flinch. Hitting him felt like trying to punch a bag of bricks. He grinned and grabbed my leg, and threw me across the hill, me skidding the ground.
He barely even used any strength to do that! What the hell is this guy? I got up and saw him slowly walking up to me.
He smiles. "My Teigu is named God's Fist. It makes me invincible against physical attacks. Sorry, boy, but your can't put a scratch on me." He said, raising his fist in the air and slamming it down into the ground, making the earth shake.
This guy can't be hurt by physical attacks! You've gotta be kidding me! Wait... Heh, looks like I'm in luck.
"What's wrong, Cat? Your just a foot soldier if you can't hurt me." He said, growing closer.
I take out my dagger. Seeing this Kronos laughs hysterically.
"You, think you can hurt me with that?" He boomed.
I smirk. "C'mon, if your so invincible, then come at me you bastard." I yell, making him angry.
"You little!" He sprinted forward, his speed was really fast, more faster than i anticipated.
"Double Identity!" I yell, suddenly, Kronos is surrounded.
I smile at his confusion.
"Just a foot soldier? My leader said I'm probably the most strong willed person in Night Raid, because i can use two Teigu's at once!" I yell as copies of me surround him. They all smile.
Kronos smirks. "How do you expect to hurt me with-"
One of my clones jumps into the air, and punches him in the face. He steps back, blood coming from his nose, and smiles.
"I see... your clones aren't real, so they aren't technically physical!" He said with excitement.
"Looks like I really am gonna have fun!" He yelled into the air as he grabbed one of my clones and threw it across the field while kicked another.
I myself can't fight him, but my clones can. I already know that I'm way overpowered here, I need back up right now.
I hear a giant explosion from the city. I turn around to it and see a giant pillar of ice in the city, looks like Esdeathe has problems of her own. Where is Tatsumi then?
We need to escape, this was a trap. Who are these people? Wait, he already told me his name and Teigu...
"Who do you work for?" I yell at him.
He grins. "We were hired by the capital to exterminate you people. We're assassin hunters, The Patriots!"
That's a sucky name...
