Olivia's POV

We reach home later at night after having dinner at a  Chinese restaurant. Everyone gets back in the cars and head home. Tina gives me the tightest hug and says, "thank you so much for inviting Peter babes, you're the greatest best friend ever," she gives me a kiss on my cheek and leaves with Jacob and Charlotte. Peter walks towards me and scratches the back of his neck shyly, "umm, thank you for inviting me today, I had a great time,"

"Did you really? You were complaining about Tina the whole time," I say and chuckle, making him chuckle with me. "Yeah but thank you anyways," He says,

"Don't thank me we're friends now aren't we?" I ask,

"I guess?" He asks back,

"Yeah we are, now come here," and I pull him in for a hug. He was startled at first, but then wraps his arms around me and relaxes. This is the second time I'm hugging him and it's seriously such a nice feeling. I'm sure Tina would love his hugs once he actually starts liking her. He pulls away and gives me a cute smile before driving away. I walk into my house and head to the kitchen and have a glass of water. "Oh you're home" I jump at the sound and the glass falls from my hand, shattering it into pieces. "Shit I'm so sorry Olivia, I didn't mean to scare you like that," Nick says,

"Don't worry it's ok, I'll just clean this up and head upstairs," I say as I pick up the pieces of glass. "Let me help you with it," he says and bends down before picking up the pieces with me. I smile I start thinking about today, "Olivia careful," he says, and I look down to see a small cut on my finger and blood pouring out of it. How did I not feel this? Probably because you zoned out, my conscious replies. He holds my finger and I don't pull it away. We both stand up and he washes my finger under the tap water "wait here let me get the first aid box," he says before disappearing and appearing with a box in his hands. He applies some antiseptic cream on the cut, making me take a sharp intake of breath, "I'm sorry," he says, with a look of worry before going back to treating my finger. "Umm I just wanted to apologize about the whole thing in the car. I know I shouldn't have asked that much since I don't have the rights to anymore, I hope you do forgive me," he says,

"I'm sorry for lashing out on you like that, it's just that you really haven't been there for us and it seems unfair to tell you everything right away, I just, I don't know,I'm sorry," I apologize awkwardly,

"It's alright don't worry about it," he looks up at me and smiles, "all done," he says and I look down at my finger that now has a bandaid. "Thank you," I say and give him a small smile before going upstairs. I change into my pjs and tie my hair up in a bun before doing my night routine. Once I'm done I plop down on my bed and scroll through my apps when I get a call from Ethan,

"Hey E, what's up,"

"Liv I need to tell you something," he says and I sit up straight, worried about what he's gonna say next,

"Go on, is everything ok? Are you ok?" I ask,

"Yeah, well no, wait I don't know, I-"

"Wait E calm down and tell me, what happened,"

"So um, for the past few days, I've been feeling weird, and I'm really trying to get rid of this feeling, but I don't know how to. I don't want these feelings to ruin my friendship with her and I just-"

"Wait hold up, ruin your friendship with who?"

"See the thing is, I never thought I'd feel this way for her, but today just made my feelings stronger and Liv I have no idea what to do and I'm losing it here," he says,

"Can you please tell me who it is? Maybe I can help you?" I say,

"You know her well, in fact we all do actually, I really wanna take her out and all but I think she likes someone else and I really don't wanna come in between that,"

"Gosh Ethan would you stop going in circles and just tell me for fuck sake!" I say exasperated,

"I like Tina,"
