"Ahem," I move from the doorway, my eyes still focused on Chloe. Her arm is propped up on my desk, her head resting on her hand, a flirty smile, she looks good. But that doesn't change she's at my desk, in my seat, in a class she doesn't belong in. I begin walking towards them, my eyes never straying.

"Hi," I stop in front of my desk, looking from Ash to Chloe and then to Logan. "Chloe? What are you doing here, I didn't know you were in AP History?" Let alone AP anything.

"Hey... Anika. I'm not in this class yet, but I was thinking about transferring." She says looking at Ash. "Nice, but if you're not in this class yet, why are you here?" I glance at Ash who looks back at me, he gives a subtle shrug, before rolling his eyes. "Oh, I'm just testing the waters, y'know?" Chloe gives her sly smile. "Shouldn't you sit down Anika? Class is going to start soon."

"She would," Ash finally speaks dragging his arm out of Chloe's grip. "If you weren't in her seat."

"Oh really? Anika sits right next to you? How convenient! But I'm sure she wouldn't mind me sitting for one day?" She smiles at Ash giving him her best attempt at puppy eyes.

"My puppy eyes are better." Logan mumbles. I crack a smile as Logan continues to mumble to himself silently.

"I do mind, now would you move so I can't get prepared for class?"

"There are other seats," Chloe protests.

"No, this is a class of 25, you being here makes it 26, there is no other spot." Chloe huffs. "But, you're here all the time, and you sit with Ash literally every day. Can't I sit here for one day?"

"No, no you cannot. Did you even talk to the guidance counsellor about your 'transfer' before you took it upon yourself?"

"No, but-"

"Then you're not supposed to be here!" Ash chimes in.

Chloe's face turns red, her eyes narrow in my direction. "Wow, you can't share, can you. What a spoiled brat!" I glare. "What does being spoiled have anything to do with you being in my seat?" Chloe stands abruptly. "If you weren't so annoyingly spoiled, you would've let me sit here with no complaints, even if that meant sitting in the hall, where you should've sat in the first place."

"Seriously?! I'm supposed to be in this class, you are not."

"Oh, just like how you're not supposed to be on the cheer squad, yet there you were! You know, if I could I would kick you off the squad."

"Get up," Ash says

"Me?" Chloe places a hand on her chest with feigned innocence.

"Yes, you. Get up." Chloe stands, "Now, leave. Class starts in a few seconds, and honestly, no one wants you here. I don't like you, and I'm flattered that you 'like' me or whatever, but I'm not interested."
