Katrina softly tugged at her dress.

It was almost Christmas Eve and everyone anxiously stared straight ahead at the judge. Devlin and the rest of the men were in court. She sat next to Tigranui and Jared; Whom is called right after him, Judith didn't revoke Jared's summon, but she revoked Katrina's, which made the men even more hopeful about Jude.

"I can't imagine the pain that you must be feeling Judith." The judge somberly stared down at Jude's mother. Jared angrily huffed and folded his arms at her. "But as far as his other possessions; Devlin has graciously given you Jude's BMW.-"

"What about his pension? Or savings from the Incorporation account?" Judith hissed.

Judge Evelyn fixed her glasses and glared at the papers in front of her.

Devlin stood tall next to his attorney. He had on a black suit, his hair was together as usual and he wore a smug expression on his face. "She is not getting wat she wants." He bitterly thought.

"Devlin, it shows here that money was pulled out from his pension?"

Devlin cleared his throat.

"Yes."

"Because Jude pulled it out."

Evelyn gave him a skeptical look.

"And what for? Do you know?"

"No."

"You see." Judith growled.

"Devlin, how can you.-" Evelyn proceeded to say, but Devlin cut her off.

"If you would like, I could pull that up for you as well." Devlin lingered.

"As well as his other funds within my company."

"Devlin probably forced him to pull it out fer his own benefit." Judith grumbled.

Evelyn eyed the paperwork that Devlin presented to her, she softly murmured to herself then sighed. "Okay, I see now." She pulled her glasses up. "You did provide me with everything." She softly admitted.

"His pension was pulled out from Jude's own doing... What are these four videos?" Evelyn huffed at something the police handed to her.

Devlin cleared his throat.

"I had my security team pull that for you, just in case you needed something else." Devlin muttered.

Jared widened his eyes. "There's cameras in Ian's office?" He dreadfully stared at them, he wondered if Ian even knew about them.

In the court room on Devlin's side, there was only; Ivan, Tigranui, Armen, Katrina, Tevan and Jacopo, and surprisingly Art's team that started with him in Armenia. And on Jude's side was his family and half of the town of the area where Jude lived.

"Jude worked for me yes, and the rest of his funds we can provide them to her, she can at-least have that. But on the paperwork, Judith is requesting for assets, that he does not have, nor belong to." Devlin chastised. "And I would also like to add, the many proof and documentation from Mr. Morichatto's pay, as well as Jude's; How many times they have given their entire checks to Judith.-"
