-Sadie-
My head feel heavy and my stomach is still growling at me. I open my eyes, I'm on my bed in my room. I remember what had happened. I rush to sit up but fall back holding my head. I notice Sam walk into my room.
"She's up!" She says. Adam and Davy run in behind her. They're in their school clothes today. Crap, what time is it? I try to put my thoughts out of my mind and force a smile. They all are staring at me with worried looks.
"What- what happened?" I ask, sitting up once again.
"You passed out?" Davy says quietly, not meeting my eyes. "Did you even eat yesterday besides that smoothie?" He looks at me, hurt in his eyes.
"No." I look down. "What time is it?"
"It's only seven, you passed t a little after five." Sam says. I bite my lip. I slowly push myself up off my bed.
"I'm gonna get dressed for school," I say, walking to my closet. I grab some jeans and a t-shirt and walk into my bathroom. I get changed, wash my face, brush my hair, and stare at myself in the mirror. I begin to cry, I try to be quiet. But Davy must have heard because I hear him on the other side of the door.
"Sadie? Are you okay in there?" His voice is gentle.
"Ya, I'm fine." But my voice betrays me, so you can hear the strain in my tone. I open the door, Sam and Adam aren't in the room. But Davy stands by the door.
"You sure?" He asks. I nod my head, not wanting to talk right now. I force my tears from coming back. "Okay, let's get you some food." He pulls me downstairs before I can protest. I'm still starving.

Patricia drives us all to school, we aren't late. I was surprised that she didn't talk to me this morning about what had happened. The ride here was silent. We get out of the car and walk towards the school. We are all exhausted from last night, we meant to go to bed sooner and wake up later, but that didn't happen. I just hope nobody, but us knows what happened this weekend, I don't have the energy to deal with gossip. We walk to the front of our high school to where all the students hang out before school starts. Davy lightens the mood by saying,
"I hope I don't see Trevor today." He rolls his eyes, but has a grin on his face. I let myself laugh a little.
"If I see Cassie today, I'm gonna give her a piece of my mind." I say, looking at Sam. And, of course, as soon as the words leave my mouth, we see Cassie walking up with Ali and a group of other groupies. Great. "Speak of the devil." I say while they're still out of earshot. Sam chuckles and Davy smirks.
"Is it too late to run?" Sam asks, serious. I laugh nervously. What do these idiots want? The group approaches us. I can now see that it is, not only Cassie and Ali, but Trevor and his group is here too. I roll my eyes. Cassie, of course, is the first to speak.
"I saw you all get out of the same car." She smirks as if she knows something. "So, were you guys just carpooling...or?" I give her a look of distaste.
"Or did you guys all have a sleepover?" Trevor pipes in putting his arm around Cassie's shoulder. Are they together? I ask myself. Would make sense, both are popular and rude and self absorbed.
"And why do you care exactly?" Adam asks, raising an eyebrow. "Last time I checked you have slept with a different guy every night of the week." Adam gives a chuckle. I fight back laughter, Cassie doesn't scare me anymore.
"Got something to say Sadie?" She snaps at me. I bite my lip, snickering.
"Actually, I have a question." I say, collecting myself. Cassie rolls her eyes. "How would you know if we did have a sleepover, which we all did."
"Wouldn't you like to know?" Trevor says, I can see Davy take a step forward, I grab his hand, squeezing it to calm him down. Then Andrew, another of the group says,
"Awe, look. They're holding hands." I roll my eyes, I'm half tempted to let Adam and Davy beat these guys up, or I will. A large crowd has gathered around us. They want a show, I glance at Davy. Then to Adam. Who looks at Sam, she snaps out of her shock. She grins.
"Hey Cas?" I ask, sweetly.
"What, Sadie?" She says, sharply.
"Could you do a favor and f*** off?" I smile and tilt my head. Cassie's face turns from smug to offended, but I'm not done. "We don't really like hanging out with motherf***ing b*tches."
"How dare-You can't-" Cassie says, flustered.
"We can't what?" Davy leans forward with a grin. "If you can't f*** off we got all day to make you." He offers. We all turn, satisfied. We begin to walk away. But then Davy is pulled back at the collar of his shirt by Trevor.
"You think you can just walk away?" Trevor's eyes are blazing, but Davy is still calm. He shrugs, I know he's wanted to beat up Trevor for a long time. The people around us start yelling for a fight. A grin breaks out on Davy's face and he swings his fist at Trevor, hitting him square in the jaw. Trevor stumbles back, letting go of Davy. Davy is much stronger than Trevor, and he knew it. He had the advantage, and he was gonna put Trevor in his place.
