Chapter 14: Chinese

"Aren't you two a little weird?" Yoongi asked out of nowhere.

"Huh?" Taehyung replied.

"You two. What's up? Did you fight or something? Did he say something to you Sooyeon?"

"N-No. He didn't say anything. We're totally fine." I lied.

No. We weren't fine because we just freaking kissed. And it was so weird that neither of us could look at each other after that or during the entire journey back.

We were in the van right now heading back to our camp. Taehyung was sitting opposite to me staring outside the window.

"We'll be leaving by 12:00 tomorrow. All of us have work the next day and Sooyeon has to go back to school too." Namjoon said from the driving seat.

We reached the camp at around seven in the evening. We didn't do much after we got back because everyone was tired.

We got pizza from the town for dinner and had it together by the river.

Again as expected, Jungkook and Jimin had a fight for the last piece and they ended up splitting it. But then again they had a fight about who gets which piece.

All of us were very happy and relaxed after the trip.

"How do you know Ruhi?" Jimin had asked Namjoon.

"We met two years back in the cafe where we used to work together. We were good friends but then eventually I left the job and we didn't see each other that much. She's really good though. She's kind and beautiful." Namjoon had replied

"Do you like her?" There had been a tinge, a tinge of jealousy in Jimin's voice.

Namjoon had shook his head and smiled as he replied, "No. She's a very good friend. That's all."

"Why is Jiminie so curious?" Taehyung had teased him then and everyone had joined.

"She's cute." Jimin had blushed as he'd replied and had gotten hoots from the others.

All that time I had been sitting back and smiling as I watched them.

I'm going to miss them :)

After dinner and after everyone was almost back to their tents I walked to the van and settled myself in the front seat. I put up my legs and stretched a little.

I didn't know what to feel. Should I be happy that Taehyung kissed me? I mean it was a good kiss like an intense one. But what am I supposed to interpret from that? That he likes me? Or I like him? Do I like him? Or did Taehyung just kiss me because we were fooling around and he just felt like it? Is he that kind of a guy to kiss random girls? But if Taehyung's that kind of a guy then I'm that kind of a girl too because I kissed him back!

It's been a long time since I kissed someone. I remember my first kiss. It was with a guy named Yeong Joon (A/N: yeah, I've been watching a lot of kdramas and tbh I suck at naming characters lol). He was a transfer in our high school and he was the first and the last person I dated. We weren't so serious, just two high schoolers fooling around. We weren't mature enough.

Except him, I haven't kissed anyone. But now I've kissed Taehyung.

I wonder that if I was given a choice to go back in time and alter that moment, would I do it? Do I wish that the kiss wouldn't have happened? Or do I want to be this way?

I was startled as someone tapped the door to the driver seat.

It was Taehyung.
