Cassie's POV

Christian groaned a little as I got into bed because I made a little bit of noise.

"You okay?" Christian asked still facing away from me.

"Yeah I just needed some fresh air," I said and laid my head on the pillow.

"Okay, goodnight," He said and didn't turn over to cuddle me.

I fell asleep soon. When I woke up the next morning, I felt a little better than the night before. Christian wasn't in bed so I got up and went into the bathroom. I got ready and went downstairs.

Christian was cutting fruit, while standing at the counter.

"Good morning," I said and sat down and looked at my phone.

"Good morning. Where are you going?" He asked.

"Probably just drive around, I'm suppose to call Ryan today too," I said.

"Oh cool, I'll go with you," Christian said inviting himself.

"If it's fine, I just need some alone time to myself," I said and looked up at him.

"Oh okay," He said and gave me some fruit.

After I ate, I got in my car and left. The truth was that I wasn't going to drive around, I was going back to look at apartments. I didn't want to live with Christian because of the current state I was in. Having him see me like that, scared me.

Finally, after looking at about 10 apartments today, I found one I actually liked. The landlord gave me lease forms and other papers to look at. It was going to be about a week for me to move into the apartment. Which was fine, because it gave me time to tell Christian I wouldn't be living with him.

I headed to Ryan's place and when I got there, Larisa opened the door. She hugged me, and I hugged her back.

"We're outside with the kids," She said and I followed her to the backyard.

Ryan got out of the pool when he seen me. We sat far away from the pool while talking.

"So have you thought of anything?" He asked.

"I think I need to go to rehab and see a therapist after I get out. It's what I think is best for me," I said and took a while for Ryan to respond.

"What's your current living situation?" He asked.

"So I've been at Christian's place, but I actually just found an apartment today, that I can move into in a week. I had to get out of his place because he doesn't know about my problem," I said and looked down with disappointment in my voice.

"Hey, you're getting help, so that's what matters. Before you go to rehab, you need to let Christian know. It's not going to be easy for him to take in but he's going to need to know if you guys are ever going to date."

"I know, I just don't want to scare him away."

"Cassie let me tell you, if he really wants you, he will stick around through whatever craziness and crap you bring around him. And I know this is your first relationship but you need to learn that if he's not, you need to find someone better."

"Okay, when I go to rehab, can you watch over my place and my car?" I asked and he nodded his head yes.

"You better write mine and Larisa's names for contact info," He said and I laughed.

"I will," I said and got up, "I need to go back Christian's place."

Ryan hugged me and Larisa then walked me out. When I got back to Christian's house, he was sitting on the couch watching TV. I smiled at him and he smiled back.
