Cassie's POV

Today is the day we are heading to Milwaukee. Cam slept over at my place last night and he taught me how to play his video games.

"Cam," I said loud enough for him to hear me. He was sleeping in one of the guest bedrooms.

He groaned because it was 7 and we had to leave for our flight in about an hour. I got up and started my morning routine. Then I got dressed in some joggers and a thin sweater. I went out to the living room to see Cam already dressed and he was sleeping again.

I knew what Cam wanted for breakfast so I made it for him. He woke up when he smelt the food. We ate quickly before we got an Uber and left for the airport.

"You got the gift?" Collin asked as we met up with them in the airport.

I nodded my head and then looked down at my phone. Finally, I got a message from Lana that she seen us. She hugged me when she approached us.

"So Lana this is Christian's mom Alecia, and his brothers Collin and Cameron," I said as I pointed to all of them.

"Hey everyone, I'm Lana," She said as she shook all of their hands.

She pinched my arm after shaking Cam's hand. I could tell she thought he was cute. It didn't take long before we boarded our flight and were on our way to Milwaukee. Cam and I both fell asleep on the flight.

I woke up to a tap on my shoulder and it was Lana. I turned my head to see people getting off the plane. Cam and I stretched a little bit before getting up. When we got in the airport we called an Uber.

Everyone went to the hotel, while I went to Christian's place. As I walked in, I took in how beautiful it was. I don't know why I expect anything less from him. Christian called me and I didn't know what to say so I ignored the call.

Christiannn 🤍 - you good baby?

Cas 💙 - yeah I'll call you in a
little bit

I put all my stuff away and then went to the store. Since Christian was coming home tomorrow, I wanted to bake something for him. Cam talked up my cupcakes so much, so Christian has been wanting to try them. I ran to the nearest store and bought the stuff I needed.

When I got back to Christian's place, I started baking. As I made the cupcakes, I decided to call Christian. He answered after a few rings, "Hey babe."

"Hey Christian," I said and put the cupcakes in the oven.

"Did you have a late start to your day?" He asked me.

"Yeah we could say that," I said and sat down on the couch. "What time is the game today?" He asked.

"Six, and I'm really glad I'm going home tomorrow," He said and I couldn't agree more.

"You going to hit a home run for me?" I asked and I could tell he was smiling.

"Of course I will," He said and I smiled back. "Hey why aren't we FaceTiming?"

"Cause I look disgusting. I'm laying in sweats and I have a burn on my face. I don't know if you noticed it but I got burnt the other day when Lana was straightening my hair."

"Come on, I bet you still look good," He said.

"I don't feel pretty today," I told him trying to move onto another subject because I didn't want him to see that I was at his place. I ended up earning a scoff from him.

"And why is that?" He asked me. Christian always told me that I should always be confident and he always reminded me that I was beautiful. I could definitely say that I had confidence before meeting Christian but ever since he told me that I should have confidence, it has went up a lot.
