Cassie's POV

It was now the postseason and the guys ended up losing a few games in. This meant that their season was over and Christian and Ryan were coming home. I knew they were disappointed so I didn't bother calling either of them.

So I went to sleep and got ready for them to come down back to Malibu. The next morning, I got up because I had to sub all day. When I went to work I still hadn't heard from Christian which was kinda expected because they were traveling home.

The first three classes went by slow but I had finally made it to lunch. I was walking out to the parking lot to go to my car when I seen Christian leaning against the hood of his car that was parked right next to mine. He was in a pair of jeans, a short sleeve shirt and wearing his sunglasses. I was able to see his tattoo and overall he looked very good.

"Hello gorgeous," He said with a smile.

"Christian I didn't know you were home yet," I said and attempted at jogging to him but it was kinda hard because I was wearing a pair of booties.

He gave me a hug but not a kiss because there were students coming outside as well.

"Oh my gosh, can I have your autograph?" A kid came up and asked. A bunch of kids started coming up to Christian to get his autograph.

"Hey everyone calm down!" Christian shouted and it became silent within seconds. "How about we meet here after school and I'll give autographs. Does that sound alright?"

The kids nodded their heads and it cleared up within seconds. "Okay now let's head out to lunch," Christian said and opened the passenger door for me.

"Why didn't you call me?" I asked him as he got in the car.

"Well I wanted to surprise you," He said and started paying attention to the parking lot because there were multiple students leaving for lunch as well.

"You definitely did," I said and he grabbed my hand. He kissed it gently and I smiled because I missed this. "So what were you thinking for lunch?" I asked him.

"Well actually I ordered a pizza because you've been telling me how you've craved it for a while but you didn't want to go pick it up," He said.

"Wow you remembered," I said and he seemed surprised that I thought that.

"Of course I remembered babe," He said and adjusted his body a little. "Is it fine if I pick you up after work?" Christian asked me.

"I mean if you take my car to your place after you drop me back off. I can't leave it in the parking lot or I'll get a ticket."

"Yeah I'll do that. Then I'll be here signing autographs and then when you're ready we can head back to my place."

"Okay," I said and Christian pulled into a pizza place parking lot. He got out quickly and a few minutes later he came out with a pizza.

Christian drove to an empty parking lot and we ate lunch. "So how have you been babe?" I asked him as we started eating.

"I've been good, definitely missed you and my family. How about you?"

"I'm good, I'm really happy your back. Now we can finally throw that get together. And I have a serious question."

"Yes we should do that soon. And what's your question?" He asked me.

"Can we get a dog?" He raised his eyebrows while he chewed his food.

"No baby," He said and I was so disappointed with the response but I expected it.
