Cassie's POV
So Christian is back in Malibu for the series against the Dodgers. I haven't seen him yet because I've been avoiding him. You may be wondering what happened with Jay. That didn't work out at all. He must've been stalking me lowkey because he knew what my favorite drink was and like I said before, I went there religiously with Christian only.
Jay tried kissing me as well and I had made it very clear that it wasn't a date. I just wanted to hang out and he got way too comfortable around me.
This morning when I woke up, I got to baking for the little get together we were having at Alecia's house. I decided on making cupcakes, cookies and cake pops because I didn't know how many people were going to be there. When everything was done in the oven, I took a shower and started getting ready for the game.
Today I decided to wear a pair of black jean shorts and a Brewers jersey. I didn't know if I should wear my brother's or Christian's. After a couple minutes of looking at both the jerseys I chose Ryan's. I hadn't worn Ryan's number in a while so it was a perfect decision, or so I thought.
I continued making the desserts after and when I was done, I took it to Alecia's place.
"Can you guys come help me with the desserts?" I asked as Collin answered his phone.
"Yeah we will be there right now," He said and then hung up. A few seconds later, Cam and Collin came outside and opened the passenger door and the back door.
"Oh this looks amazing," Cam said looking at the cake pops. He opened one up and started eating it.
"Cam!" I yelled at him.
He smiled at me when he was done and I shook my head. We took everything in the house, and I looked at how clean it was around the house. Alecia had already had a lot of things ready for tonight.
"Braun?" Collin asked me.
"Yes, after all that is my last name and I haven't worn my brother's jersey in a while."
"Wow we could've matched," Cam said showing me his Yelich jersey. I laughed a little. Alecia came out. "You guys ready to head to the game?"
"Yes, I'm riding with my bestie though." I looked at Cam who was smiling.
"Then let's go," I said and we all walked out of the house.
Cam and I drove to the park and got stuck in traffic. "So did you see Christian yet?"
"No, he just got here yesterday."
"Well then why didn't you come over when he got back and we could've hung out."
"Well no one invited me," I said and looked at the Polaroid picture of Christian and I that was next to the speedometer.
"You don't need an invitation to come over," He said with a scoff.
"Okay well we are all hanging out tonight." I snapped a little and we didn't talk the rest of the time in the car.
When we got a parking spot, we got in line to get into the stadium. We found our seats and I seen Christian. I had Collin take a good picture of me for my Instagram.
"You guys always take good photos for me," I said looking at it.
"Don't act surprised," Collin said causing me to laugh.
When the game was finished, I wasn't going to go to the clubhouse but Alecia and the boys dragged me down there. We were waiting for Christian to get out of the shower. "Hey guys," Christian said and then looked at me. He gave me a smile.
