Calum's P.O.V.

Michael, Luke, and I were sitting in the garage of Luke's house waiting for Ashton. He was unusually late, he was always the first to be at the member's house. To be honest I disliked Ashton and this just made me like him less. At least show up on time jeez.

"Has anyone tried Ashton's number," Luke asked.

"Yes," Michael answered.

"No," I answered, "What is his problem? We have a big show tonight."

"I'm sure he has a good explanation," Luke covered for him.

I just shook my head and played on my phone.

"Sorry I'm late," I heard Ashton say and I looked up from my phone.

"Finally," I rolled my eyes as I got up.

"You look a little pale," Luke said, "Are you okay?"

"Fine."

"You sure?"

"Yea."

We all went and grabbed our instruments. We started playing Try Hard and I smiled, feeling the music caress my body. All of a sudden Ashton stopped playing so we all did and looked at Ashton.

His head was bent down and he was being completely still.

"You okay," Michael asked.

"Yea."

He did sound a little shaky.

"He looks like he's going to be sick," Luke whispered to me.

He did look sick. He started breathing hard and we could see it. He got up and started running, but he threw up before he could get out of the practice room. The sight made me gag and throw up.

"Ugh," Luke screamed.

I stopped when I could no longer hear the retching of Ashton. I felt someone pat my back as I finished. I took a deep shaky breath and then straightened myself.

"You okay," Luke asked, with a slight sigh.

"Yea I'm sorry."

"I'm not mad."

"Mickey went to help Ashton?"

"Yea."

Michael's P.O.V.

After Ashton threw up, I went to rush him to the bathroom. He fell in front of the toilet and heaved, violently throwing up. I closed my eyes and tried to keep my breakfast in my stomach.

He coughed again and then spit into the toilet, signaling that he was done.

"Ash how long have you been feeling like this?"

"Since I woke up, but I don't want to disappoint the fans."

I understood perfectly. We had a big concert, we were gonna play in New York for the first time, and I don't think Ashton wanted to miss it.

"I don't think you should play."

"I'm fine, my stomach was just upset."

He smiled, which let me know he was ok. He would never smile if he felt half as bad as he looked right now.

"Just brush your teeth and then lay down. You can soothe your stomach that way."

"Yea that's a good idea."

I smiled, got up, and left Ashton to brush his teeth. We were in the living room helping make something comfortable. Ashton came in.

"Lay down," Luke told him.
