Rock and Sparkle enter the dark and muggy warehouse. They cough profusely from the mildew and sewage spilling out of the drains.
Sparkle sticks her tiny head outside of Rock's pocket. She looks up at the moonlight shining through the busted windows of the factory as it reflects off the eroded walls. "B-be careful; w-we don't want to walk into a trap."
"I'm not worried about a trap. Mom, Dad, I'm here to save you! Tell me where you are."
As they search for his parents, Rock steps into a puddle of oil and slips into a pile of sawdust and broken glass. Water from the rusty pipes above him drips on his forehead as he tries to get back up.
Squeak. Squeak.
"Um, um, Rock, what was that sound?"
Rock brushes some of the grease and debris off his Escada jeans. "It sounds like there are mice or rats in here."
The room starts to erupt as plywood and dirt fall from the ceiling. A bright yellow light appears, and Gilbert III walks out of it. The mighty wizard wears a new yellow robe with a yellow cone-shaped hat. He holds a thick cane flashing a bright yellow light that forces Rock to squint and turn his face.
The sorcerer's eye patch blinks a gray light, and a large metal shield appears before him as he prepares for battle.
Soot, glass particles, and wood chips are all over Rock's hair and body. He tightens his forearms and clenches his fist while getting into a southpaw stance.
"Gilbert III, where are my parents?" he asks.
"You'd better not be'd worried about them'd because your'd life ends now," Gilbert III responds.
"No, my life is just getting started. Fairy, let's spank this clown," Rock replies.
Sparkle hides in his pocket, curled up in a ball, shivering. "I-I don't know why m-mother sent me to h-help. S-she should have sent a more e-experienced fairy. T-The wizard is much s-stronger than the G-goblin," she whispers.
Rock bombards Gilbert III, swinging multiple punches at him. The wizard blocks the ferocious assault with his shield. He smacks Rock with his cane, breaking his jaw and sending him twenty feet across the room.
Rock tries to rise to his feet again but falls back down. "The room is spinning."
He hears Sparkle mumbling about the dark power of Gilbert III. "I-I'm not ready to f-face a w-wizard. H-he's going to kill us both if I don't d-do something," she says.
Rock slowly stands back up. "Come on, fairy, spray me with that red dust."
Gilbert III teleports in front of him again and cracks his cane across his ribs, cracking them. Rock falls to the floor, and the wizard beats him with the sturdy stick.
Sparkle takes her head out of his pocket again and blasts black pixie dust at the wizard. He quickly disappears out of the way.
She injects gold pixie dust into Rock, fusing his broken bones back together, and he springs back up, feeling like he drank a case of Red Bull.
He swings wildly at the wizard with punches and kicks, missing with each move. "I'm going to save my parents from you. You weird-looking freak."
"I'd be sensing the fear of Tevin inside of you'd. After I'd kill you'd, I'd be torturing your'd parents to death," Gilbert III snarls.
Rock expands his chest and yells at the top of his lungs. "Leave them alone!"
Gilbert III extends his hands in the air, releasing a mysterious black power into the room. The moldy ceiling crumbles, and the pipes burst, letting out steam. The wizard's sorcery eye patch beams a black light, creating a flock of black hawks.
The black-feathered birds make a hoarse screeching noise as he orders them to attack. They swiftly latch onto Rock's tall, burly body and peck at his flesh, severing his skin.
He grabs one of the birds and throws it off him.
Sparkle sprays all the red pixie dust she has left into him.
Rock muscles rise, ripping his shirt off his body. His chest is full of veins, and his muscle fibers tighten to the max. He punches and kicks the hawks, splattering them as they explode into chunks of bloody meat, and their feathers spread everywhere. The defeated birds' corpses lie motionlessly and evaporate into thin air.
Rock has multiple gruesome cuts on his body, and his jeans are in shreds. He staggers as he massages his ribs. "I'm going to win this fight somehow."
"I'd be going to finish you'd," Gilbert III announces.
The wizard strikes him with his shield, and Sparkle falls out of his pocket. Rock changes back into Tevin.
"No, Tevin," Sparkle whimpers.
Gilbert III's eye patch spins in circles as he laughs and points his cane at the shy fairy. "Is this be'd the best Queen Vanessa can do? You'd be a pathetic fairy."
Tevin feels tingly-ness throughout his fingers and toes. The rest of his body feels numb, like he's in shock. He sees Sparkle rise in the air. She is speechless as Gilbert III continues to taunt her.
"Young fairy, you'd and this boy' will die together," Gilbert III says.
Sparkle's face turns stone cold. "T-the last w-words my f-father told me were e-even though I-I am the y-youngest fairy, I-I have the most natural talent and potential. I-I can't d-die here because M-mother is depending on me. T-the fairies are depending on me, and T-Tevin needs me."
. A purple aura glows around her body, turning her hair purple. A wave of purple light comes out of her as her wings grow two inches. A sudden gust of wind pushes Gilbert III to the ground as purple smoke fills the room.
Tevin coughs the fumes out of his lungs as the air starts to clear. He notices a new Sparkle looks stronger. Did she reach the next level of a fairy or something?
She stares at the wizard with her new purple eyes. "Tevin and I will not die here, but you will."
