Back in Hattonville, Tevin and Pastor Anderson are at the church, creating a formula to destroy the fairies and save the townspeople of Fairyville. The pastor holds a chalice bowl of clear water and sets it on a new wooden communion table he just bought.

"Tevin, I will bless this water and turn it into holy water. Those demonic pixies will not like this."

"Thank you for doing this, pastor."

"No problem, Tevin."

Pastor Anderson puts his hand over the bowl, then raises his arms and prays. "Father God, the one who is all-mighty and merciful, please bless this water. Give it strength to protect your people from the enemy and all demonic entities. In Jesus' name, Amen."

Tevin unfolds his hands, takes the water, and pours it into a thermos.

"Thank you for giving me hope. I know I am not strong anymore because I am no longer Rock."

"God has blessed you with so many gifts. Please stop talking down on yourself. You have all the strength you need to defeat the fairies."

"I'm scared. I don't know how to get back into Fairyville; the government has it sealed off."

"We will pray about it, and whenever you are ready, I'll go to the fairy world with you."

Tevin hugs Pastor Anderson and walks home.

Dawn has arrived, and the beautiful noise of birds chirping puts Tevin at ease. He walks through the line of people at Dan's Coffee shop, waiting outside the small, brown, brick building for one of his famous caramel lattes.

He reaches his two-story green apartment building where he lives and leaps over a broken step to enter the building. As he opens the door, a pretty woman with rainbow-colored hair and eyes and a rainbow-colored sun dress is in the empty lobby.

She's about five feet, two inches tall and slim.

"Tevin, it's me, Sparkle."

He fumbles with his thermos, nearly dropping it.

"Excuse me. What did you say?"

"I'm Sparkle. I escaped from the Dimension of Space, and with my new abilities, I can temporarily transform into a human."

Tevin rapidly blinks, does a double take, and sighs. "I thought you were dead. Thank you for saving me."

Sparkle immediately embraces him for several minutes.

"Let's go upstairs to my apartment. You can live with me."

"Okay, Tevin."

"How did you find me?"

"We have a strong connection. I can sense you from anywhere. After I sent you back to Fairyville, my mother put me on trial. She exiled me to the Dimension of Space. I floated in the dimension for years with no food or water. It was frigid, and I thought I would freeze to death.

There were these spirits in there taunting me the whole time. I didn't give in to them. Suddenly, the dimension became hot as I floated toward a big rainbow-colored star. My mother must have thought the star would burn me to death as the ultimate torture. She underestimated me. The star gave me powers and changed my hair to a rainbow color. I used my new magic to create a portal and came here."

"Is everyone still alive?"

"Yes, I can feel their energy with my new power."

"We have to save them."

They reach Tevin's apartment and go inside it.

He clears the paper plates and beer bottles off his brown liquor-stained couch.

"With my new powers, I sense that my father is alive too."

"Turn me back into Rock, and with this holy water, I like our chances."

Sparkle looks down at Tevin's wooden floor, watching the ants eat breadcrumbs. "I'm going to do something I do not want. I'm going to have to kill my mother, Queen Vanessa."
