Chapter 10 - The Day After

Ash POV

I woke up due to the sunlight beaming through a crack in my blinds of my room's window. I squinted my eyes and try turned my body around so I can avoid the sunlight and also I need to go to the bathroom but was blocked by a body cuddled up to me. I looked down and my heart warmed when I saw my beautiful goddess, her head laid gently on my chest and she had her leg around my waist. I wanted to stay like this forever or at least for a few more minutes but I really need to pee. I slowly untangled her hand and leg without waking her up, slide out of the bed, stands up and walked out from the bedroom towards the bathroom. Once I finish by business and freshen up myself, I checked the time which is already 8.30am. I then walked towards the kitchen thinking to make us some breakfast in bed. 

I took out the pancake mixture from the top shelve, opened the fridge and took out a few eggs, a bottle of milk, butter, bacon and sausages. I slowly heated up the pan and started to cook the bacon, making scramble eggs and sausages while waiting for the food to cook, I pour the pancake mixture into a bowl, add in some milk and butter then stir it. Once the bacon, sausages and scramble eggs are ready, I pour the pancake mixture in and try to make a heart shape pancake with it. Once everything is cooked, I separated them into 2 plates and pour 2 cups of orange juice then put them onto a tray. I slowly walked into the bedroom holding on the tray then once I am inside, I put the tray on to the night stand then went to close the door. My heart melts to see my goddess still beautifully sleeping on my bed. I slowly slide into the cover and moved near her. I planted small kisses around her cheek, then slowly her jawline and onto her neck then her bare shoulder. She started to move and when I start kissing her lips, her eyes slowly open and grinned into the kiss.

Christina:"Morning baby... Why are you up so early?" she asked while still yawning.

Ash:"Morning love... Frankly speaking, I need to pee" she chuckled. "Then I also want to make us breakfast in bed, so.... here you are" I took tray over and put onto the bed in-front of her.

Christina:"Awe baby.... is so nice of you and you made a love shape pancake too" she smiled showing her cute dimple on her right cheek. "By the way, can I have 1 of your t-shirts?" I passed her 1 of my t-shirts from the drawer. She wears it then she lean forward and pecked my lips.

Ash:"Faster go and freshen up then join me for breakfast.. I have ready a new set of toothbrush in the bathroom for you" I told her.

She then moved out from the bed and walked towards the bathroom while I carried the tray and put it onto the small chair inside my room. After 10 minutes, she walked back into the bedroom and sat next to me. I give her a peck on her lips then passed her some cutlery then we starts to dig into our breakfast. After we finished our breakfast, I asked her to take a shower while I take everything to the kitchen to wash and clean up the stove. While I was busy washing the plates and pan, I felt someone wrapped her hand onto my waist from behind then kissed me on the nape of my neck.

Ash:"Hey..." I smiled while concentrating on washing the dishes.

Christina:"What are you doing, baby?" she asked while leaning her head on my shoulder.

Ash:"Nothing much, just doing some hand exercise here, love" I teased her. She then lightly smacked on my arm. "Ouch! What is that for?" I pretend to look hurt.

Christina:"Stop being a dork..."she pouted.

Ash:"You like this dork" I smirked while finishing the washing and putting them back at the drawers and shelf.

Christina:"No I don't.." she huffed then walked away. I managed to grab her hand then swing her back to me and hugged her. She gasped at my action.
