Chapter 14 - Bonding Time

Third Person POV

It had been a week since Christina flew to New York. Ash and Christina have been communicating a lot via texting, voice call and also Facetime every day before Christina went to bed. Although there are time zones different between London and New York, Ash will normally wait for Christina to call. Their call will normally end when Christina dozed off due to tiredness. It also had been a week after Ash visit Tiffany for her therapist session. Today she is going to meet up with her besties; Vivian and Jamie since is their day off. Ash is inside the train on the way to the cafe nearby the girl's place. Since Ash is staying kind of far from the girls, she will normally overnight at their place whenever she goes to visit them. Once the train reached the station nearby the girl's house, Ash carried her duffel bag on her shoulder then walked out the train towards the subway exit. The cafe is just 10 minutes walk from the subway. Once she reached the cafe, she opened the door and enters. Not long she spotted 2 girls waving at her at the far end corner of the cafe. She then slowly walked over and sat down.

Ash POV

Vivian:"Hi love" she greeted and gave me a hug and I hugged back.

Jamie:"Hi women" she greeted and gave me a hug as well and I hugged back.

Not long after I am seated, a waitress walked over to take my order.

Vivian:"How are you doing? How's your session with Tiffany?" she winked.

Ash:"Please don't go there Ms. Denver. I don't want to have any drama with my relationship life and I am very happy with my girl" I smiled while checking on my phone for any text messages.

Jamie:"Wow, wait.. Don't tell me you are cheating on Christina with your therapist?!?? she said in surprised.

Ash:"Wait NO!?... Vivian is just trying to tease me because I told her that I feel that Tiffany might have a thing with me. Please help me explain to her, Viv. I don't want any problem later with me and Christina as you knows how well Jamie keep things like this" I begged Viv giving her puppy eyes. Vivian laughed.

Vivian:"Cool down babe. I am just trying to tease Ash here and I can confirm that she is totally whipped by her relationship with Christina" she informed Jamie while laughing.

Jamie:"Thank god. I really shipped you and Christina, Ash and I don't wish you to hurt her in anyway. I am happy that you found the love of your life" she said while patted on my shoulder.

Ash:"Trust me Jamie. I had never felt so happy besides with you guys. She makes me feel I am home, she is my home, my safe place you know" I told the girls while smiled thinking of my goddess.

After chatting for 10 minutes, the waitress then bring my drink and our food over. We continue to chat about when I am going back to work and both of them are planning to have BBQ at their place and they asked me to bring Christina along and they can introduce me to their partner and vice versa. After we finished our food and drinks, I went to the counter and pay. Both of them scolded me for paying and since I am overnighting at their place tonight, I suggest them to pay for dinner later on. We then walked out from the cafe and towards Vivian's car. She drove us back to their house. Once we reached, Jamie went down the car then walked towards the door and unlocked it while Vivian and I follow behind. Jamie gestured me to follow her up to 1st floor.

Jamie:"So Ash, you will be sleeping in here" she showed me to a room which I guess is the guest room". The bathroom is down the hallway on your left and my room is the second while Vivian's room is opposites mine. The game room is at downstairs beside the staircase" she explained and I nodded then walked into my room and put down my duffel bag. Then I followed her down.
