Chapter 40 - Ash's Mate

Benji POV

I jumped out from the bed feeling a sting at my chest. I was sweating and hands were trembling and when I tried to stand up, I slip and fell onto the floor with a loud thud. Matt rushed into my room to check what's happening.

Matt:"Benji, you okay?" he asked while helping me up.

Benji:"I don't feel good. My heart is having a sting. I am afraid something might happen to Ash. Can you please go check out on her?" I asked and he nodded and dashed out from the house.

**after 30 minutes**

Matt:"Benji, Ash is not at her house. Should we call her?" he asked and I nodded.

*ring ring*

**start of phone conversation**

Unknown:"Hello" he said.

Matt:"Hi! Is Ash around? We suppose to meet up for a drink later so I just want to confirm the time and place" said Matt.

Unknown:"Well I am sorry to inform that Inspector Bishop is not available. Maybe you can leave a message then once she is back, I get her to call you back?" he said.

Matt:"No worries. I will call back again later. Thank" said Matt then he ended the call.

**end of phone conversation**

Benji:"How? Did you manage to find Ash? I am starting to get worry about her because my heart pain seems worst now.. .ARGH!!" I suddenly screamed in pain.

Matt:"Here, take this. It helps a bit and we need to get you back home and get Zuli to check on you" he said then passed me a small triangle medicine then I chunk in straight.

Matt quickly mind link my father; Alpha Daniel to inform him to send in their private jet because I am is having severe heart pain. He then carried me to the car and buckled me up then ran into the driver seat, started the engine then drove towards Heathrow Airport. We reached after 45 minutes' drive. Matt then parked the car and went to the service counter to get a wheelchair for me. Once I am on the wheelchair, he pushed me towards the private entrance of our jet. 

Once all the documents checking were done, Matt carried me up the jet while the attendant took the wheelchair back to the service counter. The plane ride took around 1 hour to reach Netherlands. Once we reached, my father and some of his men were already waiting at the private arrival hall with a few SUVs. Matt then carried me down into the cars, buckled me up and drove me back home. Once we reached, my father quickly carried me to the pack doctor; Zuli to seek help.

Daniel:"Zuli, please check on Benji... He is having some pain in the chest" he said while putting me on the medical bed.

Zuli:"What happen? When does this happen and did you do any aggressive exercise lately or today?" he asked.

Benji:"Argh... No.. I just have normal food...and I have this pain since this morning and we couldn't find Ash" I said while clutching on my chest.

Daniel:"What? Did you guys check her house?" he asked.

Matt:"Yes I did go to her house and check on her but I couldn't see nor sense her presence" he said.

Daniel:"Benji can you sense Ash? Is she having trouble?" he asked looking at me.

Benji:"I can't sense her presences anywhere and that is what I am afraid off. ARGH!! " I suddenly shouted.

Zuli:"Here take this herbs and sleep. This will calm you down while we look for the source of your pain" he said then passed me the bowl of medicine and I drank everything.
