master?

The carpeted hallways of the senate building seemed to go on for hundreds of parsecs.

The seemingly endless twists and turns, ups and downs, lefts and rights. I need to get out of here.

Anakin Skywalker was farther away than Ahsoka would've liked. But she had to get there.

Sprinting as fast as her tan legs would let her, Ahsoka darted past remaining caucus members, not even bothering to spout an apology.

Hurry hurry hurry, Ahsoka. You need to get to him.

Ahsoka tripped, her chin skidding into the dense carpet. Get up get up get up, you little shit. Get up!

Her chin pulsed a radiant sting. Struggling to get up, Ahsoka kept trying down the corridor.

Anakin needs you, Ahsoka. Don't let him do anything wrong, Ahsoka.

The dire need to get to her master resonated through her frontal lobe repeatedly.

She found her way to the front entrance of the building. Looking around desperately, she found an unattended speeder and hopped on, not caring for the owner.

Ignoring the speed laws, Ahsoka flew through the traffic and en route to the Temple. Oh force how I hate this place, she thought briefly. But if going there meant she could save Anakin. . . .

The Temple was just in sight when Ahsoka head-on collided with a speeder ahead of her.

Her montrals pounced and her lekku swayed with the new oncoming force. I have to keep moving, she pressed at herself. Come on, get up. Get your lazy ass up, Ahsoka. Get up!

Ahsoka rolled herself onto her back and kipped up into a lousy excuse of a stance. She wobbled for a few minutes, but then got her bearings together and began to make a beeline toward the close Temple.

The heavy pat pat pat of Ahsoka's boots against the solid concrete was the only thing she was focusing on to get her to her destination. You're almost there.

Squawks of careless citizens demanded for Ahsoka's attention. No. Anakin is the only attention I need to pay.

Her breaths were becoming ever-increasingly scarce and ratchety with each passing minute. I dont matter. Only Ani. Only Ani. Only Ani. Ani Ani Ani.

She finally approached the loathed Temple, but ignored the clone guards and marched herself right in. She didn't care who she ran into—be it the grumpy ol' Mace Windu or cheerful Plo Koon—she had to find Anakin.

Using the Force, Ahsoka attempted to find the location of her master; but either he hid his force signature, or he wasn't there.

Hoping it wasn't the latter, Ahsoka charged herself to where Obi Wan shared quarters with Anakin.

Neither of the two she was searching for were there.

Groaning in frustration, Ahsoka reached out in the Force for her master. Master where are you? Master, please! I need to be there for you.
